I'm just know putting it to use and this thing is amazing. I've blended many green smoothies with both spinach and kale. The best best way to blend the kale is to first blend your liquid and kale together FIRST to achieve the smallest particles of the kale. I love my blender.. ..BEWARE THE BLADES ARE VERY VERY VERY SHARP. Enjoy your blender!

Easy to use and clean up easy. Please note.. blades are very sharp. Have cut myself on them. Our favorite recipe is the lean green. I would definitely recommend.
