It may have been just the one I received because I have heard a lot of good things about this blender, but sadly this was not the case for me. I only used the smaller mixer container because I was just making a smoothie for myself so I did not have a reason to use the bigger blender one. It started off by giving me an (er) code, which I assume means error, both times that I used it. Then It really didn’t mix up the ingredients well and was very loud. So loud there was no way I would be able to make a smoothie with someone sleeping. I did return this item and purchased another Nutri Bullet which is an ok machine. I really wished this product would have worked for me. I had very high hopes.

This morning I went to make a smoothie for the quaranteens and what do you know it's leaking from the bottom. Checked everything. Filled with water and held it up and yep it's leaking. Can't tell from where? No apparent crack? My cheapy Oster is still going after 10 years and 100's of uses. PLASTIC CRAP!! My Geek Squad ran out 60 days ago. Such luck!

Durability is the concern

I loved it till one day the blade from the smaller jar started producing smoke smell. Then got to know the bearing underneath is worn out. Now it costs half the whole set to just replace this part. So, I guess this works only for about an year or 2... not for more than that!
