She was getting by with a traditional blender, but the Ninja is a game changer as far as smoothies go. I highly recommend this product.

Sometimes when I use ice it does get stuck and I have to manually stir it before puttinh back in the blender again. It is loud.

Really Easy to Use Blender

I like to make kale, apple and coconut water smoothies 4 or 5 days a week. Just don't over-fill it because the only way out is through the blade assembly.
