I've cooked pork chops, potatoes, and even salmon(skin on) in it without any problems. As of writing this review, I am impressed at how well it has performed compared to some other more expensive brands.

In less than a month (using nonstick utensils), the pan had scratches and even a chip. Food started sticking more with each use. At this point, I wouldn't call it nonstick.
