Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti's exceptional performance, high frame rates, and stunning visuals, especially at 4K resolution. Many appreciate its excellent build quality and the impressive ray tracing capabilities, although some find the cooling system inadequate and the price high. Positive feedback focuses on the card's ability to handle demanding games and applications smoothly. However, potential buyers should carefully consider the cost and cooling performance before purchasing.

Actual 2080Ti Buyer here, so is it worth it???
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are asking yourself this question, then the answer is probably no. That is my answer to the question "Is it worth it" but I bought one anyways. Why? Because I could actually use the performance in the games and resolution I play at (4K), I love new technology, and I can afford to buy the card without too much concern other than grief from the wife. That said, who should seriously consider buying this card, worth it or not: 1) Anyone gaming at 4K and wants 60 FPS average or 3440x1440p and wants 100+ FPS on a G-Sync panel. This card is NOT going to wow you at lower resolutions like 1080p or 2560x1440p, but at 4K the difference is 40% over 1080Ti which is a pretty big boost and often enough to put you over that elusive 4K/60 barrier where the 1080Ti was close but not quite there. 2) Anyone who doesn't mind dropping $1K on a video card, previous Titan buyers, benchmark enthusiasts, that kind of thing. 3) Anyone who already owned a 1080Ti and understands there's nothing else faster for the foreseeable future. So why isn't it worth it? Most people will correctly point out RTX 2000 series is the smallest performance jump and one of the biggest price increases from one generation of Nvidia cards to another. That said, the price increase also contains a lot of forward looking and speculative features like Ray Tracing and Tensor cores for a new method of anti-aliasing that boasts of improved image quality at a fraction of the previous performance. If you buy this card, you are basically funding the R&D and adoption rate for these features as an investment for the future. Not everyone is going to go for it, and that's certainly understandable, but that's why this card is so expensive. Its massive, its forward looking and its expensive to make. As for the performance, I ran a few benchmarks and they are in-line with published benches, Farcry5, FFXV, AC: Odyssey, all within 2-3 FPS of online benches. Overclocking is good, about the same as Pascal 2080Ti. The new FE cooler is outstanding in terms of build quality, but temps will touch into high 70s when overclocked so you need to turn the speed up. Overall its much quieter than the old blower fans but make sure you have good case airflow. I took one star off which had nothing to do with the performance of the card which is definitely impressive. 1/2 star off for the price hike from Nvidia to $1200 for a non-Titan card. Another 1/2 star off for a poorly executed launch where this card was announced on 8/20 and supposed to ship on 9/20 but was delayed 2x. BestBuy was also late, but that wasn't their fault, it was an Nvidia supply issue and they still managed to only be 2 days late for me, which was great. Also, no RTX case badge from Nvidia this time, they've had this with their GTX founders cards since the 900 series. Overall VERY pleased with this card despite the price, and not being worth it, but hey, I'm going to keep it anyways. I would not recommend it to a friend though, because what kind of friend would recommend a $1200 graphics card to their friend???

Very fast.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have the extra cash laying around, buy this card. I upgraded from a GTX 1080 Ti and noticed a jump from 90 FPS to 140 FPS at 3440x1440. The card runs quieter and is smaller than my MSI DUKE 1080 Ti and fits better in my case. This thing is a beast. Although it supports RTX, I’ve yet to even enable it. Best Buy was great too for sending me the 3 free game codes as well. Thanks guys!

Great GPU at a cost!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my Titan XP from 2016 with this FE 2080Ti. Huge performance increase from the cherry picked GPU die Nvidia keeps for their own Founder Edition line of cards. GPU is OC'd + 210 and Memory +1200 in afterburn on a EK waterblock. Amazing Speeds :)

Amazing Graphics Card!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ray tracing on the 2080Ti is phenomenal! I use the highest settings on all my games for graphics now and everything runs perfectly and smoothly! It is a bit expensive of course, but for future-proofing my PC and getting the top of the line right now, you can't beat it!

Excellent GPU!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I have had this GPU for about 1 month! I switched over from the MSI GTX 1660. I am very happy with how this GPU has been performing so far! I game pretty often as well as dabble in movie and graphics editing! I have this paired with the AMD 3950X CPU! Both of these together are monsters! Anything I have thrown at the GPU has handled it very well! I went from getting 75-90 FPS on my shooter games to well over 200 FPS! (Setting are set low to medium) I also have my pc paired with a BenQ Zowie XL2546! (1080P 240hz) for gaming and an LG 34UC98-W 34-Inch (1440P for editing) I would recommend this product to anyone that is a medium to heavy gamer/editor! The only con that I have to mention is that it does run about 8-10 degrees Celsius hotter than my 1660, however that is normal for this GPU!

Great card
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great card , great performance but way overpriced . I honestly dont know what was Nvidia thinking to put $1200 price tag on it . Temperatures on air cooling could be better but after i switched to water it never went over 50 C . Just like most of the Nvidia cards have great performance , good looks and easy overclocking . The only negative thing that i could find was the factory thermal pads and paste were poorly applied and by poorly i mean terrible . So quality control not so good but i guess after produce thousands/millions of these some percent could be overlooked . All in all as i said great card but not worth $1200 imo . Still have to give it a 5 stars

Top of the line graphics card
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's literally the best gaming card on the market. 4k 60fps on ultra settings for most games. Bit expensive but again it's literally the best. The founders edition is nice because it's a bit smaller than other 2080's so it fits in smaller cases. Ray tracing looks great but at this point not many games support it so buy this card if you want the best possible performance and ray tracing ability in the future.

Awesome Performance At A Cost
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this card for 5 months now, and haven't had any major issues with it. It performs rather well, so far every game I've played has been able to run on max settings. My build has an i7-9700L 3.60GHz and 32GB of RAM inside, so I can run pretty much anything at max. I've played Modern Warfare, Destiny 2, The Division 2, Metro Exodus, and all other sorts of games and have had 0 issues with their performance. A few of the ones I mentioned utilize RTX, which really looks spectacular, especially Modern Warfare. The card does run hot like others have said, but that is the norm with this card. It won't impact your performance, so long as your case has good airflow. The only issue I've had is that either the fan or the coil in the card was making this noise that I hadn't heard before, but that only happened once. When I stopped playing my game it went away and hasn't come back since. Apparently that's not out of the norm, and it won't affect your card in any way (see here for more info: https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=59535). Sure this is an expensive card, and with new cards supposedly coming out soon, maybe I bought it too late. Honestly though, this card should last me quite a long time, so I'm not too worried about upgrading or needing to anytime soon.

Simply The Best Card Out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is hands down the best consumer graphics card for gaming, even outpacing the Titan V in benchmarking. It may be expensive, but if you are looking for a card to run 4k at 60fps, or 1440p/21:9 resolutions at 100+fps, this is your best option. Ray tracing is early days, but games like Metro are gorgeous.

A beast, but think I should be getting better FPS
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this card from a 1080TI I, and immediately I saw an improvement on my FPS. I just don't think that my FPS is where it should be with the power that this card delivers. I am seeing about 10 FPS increase over the 1080TI, But it seems that I only get true 60 FPS in 1440 P . 4K still seems to struggle, even though this card states that it is 4K60 all day long, I have not found that to be true. I have 32 gigs of ram, an 8700 K that is water cooled, MK2 solid-state drives, and an 850 Watt power supply which has each PCIE power cable on separate units. The Ray tracing is incredible, but I feel for the money that I spent i should be seeing much better FPS than I do.

Most powerful GPU for now
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As of writing this review, this is the most powerful graphics card you can buy but it does come with a very high price tag. I won't say this is the best model of the 2080 ti because it can run on the hot side if you don't have great airflow but it does overclock pretty well.

Best Option for SFF PCs
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this video for my SFF PC build and it works perfectly! Most AIB Partner board is massive but this Founders card is the perfect size. It runs a bit hotter than the AIB cards but I'm getting great frame rates in all my games (4K 60hz).

Worth every $$$$
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.if your looking to hit high fps, play 4k games and hit high benchmarks - the founders edition with its binned chips is the way to go. Would advise water cooling to get the most out of this card as air cooled it can run very hot.

Great all around GPU!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing GPU. Even in 2022, it still holds it's own even against 30-series cards that are almost impossible to acquire now. I've never had any issues and this still pushes good frame rates even in demanding games. It's pretty quiet, especially for a GPU of this level. Plus, if you were going to watercool, this would be even more of a win vs. an AIB card.

VIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want the best gaming performance, period, then you will want to buy the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. If you were interested in buying the expensive new 4K 144Hz HDR G-Sync gaming monitor, until now there was nothing that could get close to feeding it 4K at 144FPS... but now there is.

A great card
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am loving this graphics card, and I have not even overclocked it yet. Playing around with Ray Tracing on Unity is amazing, and I'm able to push the hardware without feeling like I'm doing something wrong. This is a great card for people building for the first time with a high budget.

The best in the market
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are coming from an older gtx 900 series this is worth the upgrade but if you're using 1000 series you are better off waiting for a next-generation or AMD Navi. With this card I am pushing ultra graphics on 1440p 144 hz monitor, I am coming from a 980 and the change is amazing if you could afford it grab it.
