Customers are saying
Customers commend the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB GDDR6X for its exceptional gaming performance and impressive GPU capabilities, frequently praising the card's design and size suitability for various builds. However, some users note the high price point and elevated temperatures during operation, along with occasional fan noise and coil whine. While many appreciate the high resolution capabilities, potential buyers should be aware of these potential drawbacks.

I'm not sure
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of my whole build, this is the only doubt. It's a 3080ti right? A 4K monster right? I'm not sure. Maybe I should have gone FE and should have gotten and AIB. My woes are not in 4K gaming or regular use. Spiderman and Warzone play just fine, good frames, good temps, mid range VRAM usage... My issues are port related? I have 3 monitors, 2 vertical LG 4K monitors (LG - 27UL600-W and LG 27UN880-B) and a Samsung 43" QN90B in the middle. Either I get a 2 toned image and have to restart, or it flashes black, or I can't put the Sammy in game mode without my PC not recognizing it, but outside of game mode it works fine, just the occasional 2 toned screen. The LG's are connected with 1.4 DP cables and the Samsung an HDMI 2.1 cable, 48gbps rated. I've called support and have a case open and still pending answers, but we've already explored drivers, clean installs, different cables, and it can't be the tv, because when I switch inputs to Roku, it's perfect, just in PC mode. Since I don't have an answer for what is causing the issues, I can't say it's definitely the graphic card at fault yet, but I'm not sure. Maybe I should have gotten the 4090 or the RX 6950XT or maybe I should wait for the 7900XTX and sell this one. Maybe all graphics cards have their quirks? PS, that is not stock advice and the graph is old haha, but that is the 2 toned issue I was talking about.

Founder’s Edition is simply amazing
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about this card that you can think of. My only concern is it’s ability to regulate temperatures when your case doesn’t have good air flow (NZXT H510 Elite). But besides that, I don’t mind going with another founders in the future.

Beautiful looking card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very beautiful looking card, who cares how it performs right? The only cooler design that fits great in the equally beautiful tempered glass mini-ITX case with acceptable temperatures.

Awesome ,great fps solid build
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome card thought I would need a bracket to help with gpu sag as this thing is heavy but the bracket isn’t needed as this thing is solid and no flex, it’s quiet and have not had any temps over 80c on the core.

It's real, but should it be?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sat in the parking lot for 14 hours and got rained on for this thing. I still think it's worth it, but that's stupid on my part. Please note that overclocking is of no interest to me. Out of the box, when playing only moderately intensive games (Minecraft Java Edition with shaders; Titanfall 2; etc.), the card itself would beep loudly (for mercy?), and it even did this occasionally with no 3D game running. I found out this was because it would ramp up to well over 1800MHz core clock and nearly 390 Watts power draw. I had to use GeForce Experience to lower "target power" from 100% to 83% in order for the card to partially hit near advertised specs (1700MHz give or take a little bit), but then power draw sunk to 230 Watts. Temperature never really hit 90°C because I specifically bought a particularly high airflow case for this exact card. I was hoping to get something comfortably beefy and that required no tinkering for high performance, but obviously the card that ended up in my box should have never passed QC. However, it's not as though I want the manufacturer to take it back in this ongoing card crisis.....

Absolute Unit (Sort of)
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Camped 14 hours for this card. Beast of a card. Kinda wanted the beefy heat sink of the 3090 on this thing but clearly it isn’t necessary. Temps are very stable, even with it vertically mounted.

What Was Nvidia Thinking?!?
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Power wise this card is great! Aesthetically though this card is probably as bad as one of those Eagle branded cards. Why on earth would Nvidia force us into using a gross looking pigtail that only comes in ONE color for the power connector? I hate the way my PC looks now. Even if I did not have a white color theme going on the pig tail connector just makes cable management a pain and it gets in the way of Nvidia's own light up logo. Nvidia should have just gone with 2 8pin connecters like literary everyone else. I really wish I would have waited to get one of EVGA's cards. Anyone want to trade?

NVIDA and AMD prefers miners over you!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't wait for Intel ARC to pressure Nvidia and AMD to prevent block chain mining, I may be time to abandon Nvidia and AMD GPU's. The RTX 3080 Ti is a $1000 card at most but NVIDIA is exploiting the shortage to milk you! The whole world is trying to prevent global warming, AMD and NVIDIA is promotion it by supporting this mindless enterprise.

Expensive, but very versatile card
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great card. It was hard to get my hands on one but it performs great and can run games at max settings. Also happy that is worked with my TVs GSync. My only complaint is it is a little expensive. I got lucky and my card does not run hot, it has slight coil whine when running intensive applications like Blender/Unity or AI/ML training.

Performs great, but words of warning...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This GPU is effectively a cheaper 3090. Though given it has a weaker cooler than that one there are a few things to consider: 1.) If you're using a ventilated case, especially an SFF ventilated case like the NR200, then you will definitely hear it in its stock configuration. 2.) You should definitely undervolt it. Even a very aggressive undervolt for lowering fan & coil whine noise can result in better overall performance since the stock settings cause this thing to constantly hit its power limit and throttle when under a heavy load. Hope that helps.
