Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 3090's outstanding performance and excellent GPU, with many praising its efficient cooling and solid build quality. However, some users find the card's high price and large size to be drawbacks. A few also reported experiencing coil whine and noted its high power consumption and substantial weight.

Good upgrade over 10 and 20 series
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Runs a lot cooler than 20 series gpus. Recommend this gpu as an upgrade if you cannot get the 3080.

The best 3090
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not going to rehash all the reviews out there on YouTube. The value isn't there, but if money is no object, this card is king. Among the 3090's, the FE is really the best one. Quiet, cool, high quality PCB components, sleek cooler.

MSRP 3090 fe, beefy classy, overkill
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid card, nice and metal, back plate strong. Light on side and top has only 1 color. Runs mostly cool and keeps very quiet. No whining. Nice msrp too. Oh, the power-cable adapter that was included could have been longer.

beast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.lucky i got it for msrp. overpriced compared to the 3080 but it is a bit more powerful. vram does overheat, however replacing the thermal pads on the backplate side reduced temperatures significantly

Great GPU!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great great GPU! Definitely recommended if you can afford it! If not a 3080 will do just fine!

Great card worth the money compared to AIB's
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The FE version of the 3090 series cards is the most cost efficient version you can buy. It doesn't make sense to go for any of the other version that cost up to $300 more. Thermals and performance are great! Can easily reach high benchmarks with this card. I picked up the card shipped to bestbuy store directly and there were no signs of damage on the box or the card. But $1500 for 24 GB VRAM is poor performance for value.

Pricey, heavy, and hot, but full of performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit hard to accept paying $1500 plus taxes, but this is a wonderful card. I've had multiple games running without realizing it and the one I was actively playing had no issues or discernable lag. One day I want to play 4k with that, but I'm gonna have to save for that monitor for awhile now.... It is a very heavy card, and it gets very toasty under load, but adding extra airflow does help with that

GPU Juggernaut
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Current King of GPUs... this has enough horsepower to futureproof your rig through the next few years of next-gen cards. 24GB of GDDR6X sets it apart from the other cards in the current lineup and it can chew through pretty much any game you throw at it.. only experienced low(ish... 28fps) framerates on CP2077 but that's a poorly optimized game running at completely maxed out settings on a 49" ultrawide at 5120x1440. It is probably worth mentioning, however, with the 3080ti (which is basically the same card but with less memory capacity) having been just released - unless you need that increased video RAM for a specific workload like rendering or AI/ML processing - you're probably okay to save a few hundred $ and get that instead. Not an issue with normal gaming/workstation load, but watch your VRAM temps with something like HWiNFO if you plan to run ETH mining while sitting "idle"... the Founders Edition fans/heatsink don't cool it well enough - expect well into the 90s and even over 100C if the room isn't cold. I couldn't even get it below 96C under load at 70% power...

Monster Card
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this beast in November 2020 actually, Just getting around to reviewing it. Absolute monster. There are games that brings it to its knees, but those are games at max settings @ 1440P with raytracing so its understandable. Noise is fairly minimal but if you work it hard y ou will hear it! Would recommend a 3080 since they are similar but at this point, any 30xx > no 30xx

The great whale…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Card is massive! Looks amazing! Card boosts to 1950mhz+ out of the box and remains cool. Memory temps seems to run a little high with RTX intensive games but that appears to be common for FE. Was really hoping to get a 3080 but never had any luck. 3090 price was cheaper than what 3080s are going for on the market. More than I was hoping to spend but should hold me over for several years to come
