I guess it will protect ok but did not work with dock would not seat in dock connection all the way

Not so great. Falls off will not stay on. It is made with cheap plastic

Wanting to protect my Nintendo Switch, I searched and tried different options. The Nyko - DPAD CASE Dockable Protective Case Kit has been my favourite so far! The clear plastic allows me to still see the cool red and blue hues of the joycons and the underside provides storage for Switch cartridges! The center area feels a little less solid than the controller section, as it frames the Switch screen, but once the pieces are locked together, the "less solid" feel diminishes greatly. I like the fact that the joycons can be removed without disassembling the entire protective case. That allows me to use them docked to a controller base if I want to play on the TV rather than on-the-go. It's also great that I can dock my Switch without having to remove the protective case as well! Less wear and tare = longer lasting product life!

Feels and looks a bit flimsy but holds together pretty well for child use (aka the occasional accidental drops). Best part hands down is the game card slots behind the console—the only down side to it is that they can be a bit tricky to get out

Kind of cheap but works as an extra level of protection for the device. Overall not bad, but you get what you pay for.

It’s a good case and the switch is able to fit on the docking station with the case. The case is hard to take on and off

Its nice and clear so you can see your consoles designs if you have a special variant. The controler covers have slots to hold games. It seems rigid enough to prevent natural wear, maybe a short drop.

A fairly standard hard case that docks with no issues. However, the joycon case snaps together very tightly, making it extremely difficult to take off if you want to later use the joycons with the comfort grip controller. The back release buttons to slide the joycons off the console also become harder to push.

The transparent case fits like a glove, also it could fit into the dock without any issue Love the DPad that comes with the case. Highly recommended.

This bundle is not as good as the nyko screen protector bundle, but it's a little cheaper with no protector for screen. I already have screen protector on my switch and the transperant siliconeplastic sleeves look have a much better look to them.

Great slim case for the Switch. It fits in the dock wonderfully. The little game slots on the controller casings are fantastic. I wish a couple bits around the main unit were a bit sturdier, but overall great, especially for the price.

A bit bulky because the grips have game slots but it seems very protective, I haven’t dropped it yet but it makes me feel more secure. Will definitely protect against scratches.

I mean I think the case is "ok" but I feel like sometimes when I touch or move it a certain way, the flimsy bottom feels like it might break off

This case is sleek, sexy and awesome. I love how it protects the console but feels good in the hands when you’re playing with it on!

Case is super slim and fits right into the dock. Wish the sections around the joystick were just sliiiiightly thinner. Other than that, no complaints

When I saw this it was a must have for me. Unlike a clear film of nonsense it is a case that fits even in your home docking area

I have dropped my Switch several times with this case on. While nothing has happened to the device, the case does snap off and slide across the floor in pieces only on the screen part of the system. The Joy-Con portion of the case is a nice, thick plastic while the part around the screen is very thin on the front.
