My kids would always be moving out of range, because you have to be around 6-8 feet away from the sensor. This helps so that they can be in the 3-5 foot range and it works pretty well.

easily installed and inexpensive

I haven' gotten it set up yet, as an idea I recommend it, in use so far I can't recommend it, my grandson has trouble being recognized by it.

Zoom for XBox Kinect

It installs easily and is barely noticeable on the Kinect sensor, making it an attractive accessory. However, the Kinect system would not recognize any players with the Zoom installed. I had to return the Zoom, but I still use the XBox Kinect.
