It works great I have seen a big difference in the temperature of my ps4, but it is a little loud. It's not enough to make me regret buying it but I think nyko could have made it quite. It really does work and it was a great price.

This intercooler helps the system to last longer and let you play a longer amount of time due to its function to not let the system trap excessive heat. Also, its slick design makes it unnoticeable to realize you even this piece attached piece to the system. Finally it does its job even when the system is downloading an update or anything else you can download it still doesn't let the system trap excessive heat to then eventually burn out.

I highly recommend the Nyko Intercooler to anyone with a PS4 console - especially if you like to stream media. It's an inexpensive yet crucial accessory for extending the life of your console. Installation and setup is super easy and only takes a minute.

After reading the online reviews about this item, I figured I would still order it since I was using Reward certificates to buy it. Worked great for the first few weeks, then, it will make a grinding noise as if one of the motors was burning out. It stops making a grinding noise after a few minutes and seems to work fine. Just an annoying thing to deal with. My other intercooler from this company for my PS3 did the same thing.

i know it is a little loud, they need to change to a better fan technology but you need it if you want to keep your game console cool, in turn keeping game console from burning out

This is a great addition to my PS. Easy to install and easy to remove if you don't want it on. Keeps PS cool.

This Nyko fan is a piece of trash. It lasted 48 before I took it back. Started out relatively silent and functioning well, and with each additional time I powered on PS4, it got increasingly louder and fans started failing to work. It sounded like a dying boat engine before I took it back. Terrible product, DO NOT ever buy it.

Help with keeping my PS4 fan from working so hard.

The intercooler does an exceptional job in keeping my PS4 from overheating, and performance is never a problem because of it, but one problem is that the intercooler does generate quite a bit of noise. Not a problem for those that wear headphones, but is pretty noticeable otherwise.

It's a touch loud for the first 2 minutes but then it quiets down & really works

Excellent device to cool the PS4.....removes heat away from the system.

1st purchase had a bad fan and made noise. I returned it they shipped replacement out next day. I am very pleased w cooling of PS4 cooler.

I have had fair experiences in the past with this brand and I had good hopes for this product. However, I did not get to enjoy the potential benefit of this product for long. It started having fan issues within 30-60 days. Seeing as it was such a short time, I believe my particular device may have been the issue, due to a factory defect.

Purchased as a precaution. Not sure if it helps the console or not/
