While this is my now 2nd purchase of a NYNE Bass speaker, this one needs to drop the word pro from it's name. Two things about this new speaker I love; one is the new extended range, and two is the now back-lit buttons on the top. Easy to see & operate. Awesome! What I didn't care for was the lack of bass response that it's predecessor had. The older model had a small port in the back that simply kicked! This newer model moved them to either side, and the result is a lack of the sometimes overpowering deep rich bass. Don't get me wrong, this "Pro" model still has a ton of bass response, so for most, the level is correctly proportionate to the entire sound quality. I'm just a bass snob that prefers sometimes too much... so, I have to back the low-end off at times, but that's just me. All in all, a great speaker with unbelievably clean and loud volume inclusive of crisp highs and mids. You'll enjoy this one!

Simply put, the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Impressive sound clarity with a nice premium build, yet portable and easy to carry around. Loving the large, brightly illuminated buttons on top and how it doubles as a speakerphone. The setup/pairing process was extremely simple and there were absolutely no hiccups in connection or sound quality. After a minute or two of unboxing, our whole family was jamming to tunes. Overall, big sound with clean bass and no distortion at higher volumes, you can really turn it up. Looking forward to taking this bad boy with us on vacation!

Good speaker with great volume. Charging is a little finicky, but otherwise no problems.

Absolutely incredible value. Big clear sound that those other smaller speakers can't touch. No distortion at high volume while delivering clear highs and deep bass. Can't wait to bring this to the beach!

Bass is great but sound quality is not too loud. Should sound better given that it is second generation of speaker. Go With JBL Xtreme instead

I love this speaker. It has great sound and the bluetooth connection is strong. It is also great for outdoor use, as it is water resistant. The name is also great, Bass Pro.

Like Megan Trainor says "its all about the bass" and this thing definitely has bass. I love the sound and its portability. I like the look to it too. It connects well through bluetooth, and the functions are pretty easy to use. Great for parties and fills the room perfectly.
