Finally the studio has decided to release this season of NYPD Blue on DVD two more seasons to go to make it complete as per the show, it's typical NYPD Blue with Detective Andy sipowicz leading the way as usual. If not for him as the main character maybe this series wouldn't be so great as 5 stars from the beginning of episode one up until now and all through season 12 Dennis Franz has proven to be one of the best actors. From a prejudicial alcoholic all the way through to an understandable detective he even begins to like John the receptionist who is a homosexual as at one point he was a homophobe as for the rest of the characters they're all so good and hold a series well. I would recommend this to any fan of NYPD Blue of course and even those who have never seen the episodes if there are any of those people out there.

This is one of the best series if not the best police show that's ever been on television. The actor Dennis Franz makes the show he has been on through all 12 Seasons. This number 5 season is great. I suggested to anyone who's remotely interested in police dramas this show will not disappoint.

WIth all reboots why not get the Law show that broke ground and gave us nudity and gave us Rick Schroder and Mark Paul Gossler. yes this is a must see and Must buy.

I bought the seasons with Mark-Paul in them but I have yet to watch them. I do recommend them cuz Netflix don't have these seasons yet.

Season 9 begins with Mark Paul Gossalar taking over for " Danny Sorenson". Also, has episodes that are built around 9-11. Excellent season to have.
