Customers are saying

Customers recognize the H1 SFF Mini ITX case's small size and ease of use as major advantages, frequently praising its included high-wattage power supply and AIO cooler. Many appreciate the case's value and pre-installed components, simplifying the building process. However, some users note that the case can be noisy, particularly the AIO fan. The positive feedback on the build quality and included components outweighs the negative comments about noise levels.

This is probably the best mini-ITX case I've ever worked with, I had built a few PCs for other people with this case and finally decided to get one myself. There are a couple of issues, which I will get out of the way first. Price: The full retail price of $400 is pretty steep, miniITX cases usually cost a little more, but that is a lot for a PC case. It is frequently on sale for $200 which is a much better price and very fair for the build quality and included accessories. I've been told that $400 is a fair price for the H1 because it includes the cooler and PSU, which brings me to my next point AIO Cooler and PSU: The included cooler and power supply are great in the sense that they perfectly fit the case, are pre installed with thoughtful cable routing already taken care of. However, pump on the cooler is a little noisy for my liking, and the fan on the PSU was also audible. I ended up replacing both. My build: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I Ryzen 7 7700 64GB DDR5-6200 RTX 3070Ti Seasoonic SPX-750 PSU Noctua NH-L12 Heatsink Noctua NF-A14 Fan Custom perforated wooden front grill from JakeFaceCustoms on etsy. Using the Noctua heatsink in this case was easy, and by removing the AIO radiator I was able to easily install the 140 Noctua fan as an intake, it fits snug with the top of the heatsink. The seasonic PSU is quieter than the NZXT that comes with the case and cable length is appropriate for the case. With this configuration the PC runs silent most of the time and fans only ramp up under a heavy load. However even under sustained load, running benchmarks, I was never seeing a CPU temperature over 75 degrees and fans never had to ramp to 100% to keep the processor cool. The GPU fans can make some noise when gaming, but there is plenty of fresh air available through the side mesh (and front mesh if you replace the glass) so it never gets too loud and is quite unobtrusive on my desk. It's quite incredible to be able to pack this much performance into this small box and maintain adequate cooling, using only off the shelf components that are easy to service and maintain.

Really nice case that takes up little room in my desk. The reinstalled PSU and AIO makes it an easy build. Temps have been good so fair but I replaced the stock fans with Noctuas for a little less noise. Definitely recommend it if it’s on sale for $200

This case pretty much simplifies the SFF building experience in a nice, clean case. Was a able to fit a 4070ti Slim from MSI in this case with zero issues. The PSU was also able to manage a 12900k with it with no issues. The included AIO also handled its temperatures jusr fine while under gaming load. I wouldnt recommend overclocking though with such a small AIO. Cable management is pretty much laid out for you as well so the whole build process is mainly plug and play. Case is decently ventilated and since the GPU is behind the motherboard, it’s heat kind of stay seperate in it’s own chamber. All and all this case was a breeze to build in and would recommend it to any first time SFF builders.

Nicely compact system with a solid look. Reminds me of an Xbox Series X with a glass front. Seems to stay cool and quiet with a Ryzen 5600x and 3070 TI using all the built in goodies it comes with. I had tried this previously with a bit more powerful rig of a Ryzen 5800x and 4080, but the fans ran non stop and there wasn't enough clearance for the GPU. Overall, build process was a pleasure. This is for my 14 year old son. He loved putting this together. Everything was clearly marked and easy for a beginner to figure out. I would recommend this for someone looking to do entry to mid level gaming. The overall value just can't be beat for the price. Even when not on sale it is a great deal. It regularly goes on sale for half off, which is just a steal. Pay close attention to your video card size and be sure to stay within the limits or you might run into issues with clearance.

The NZXT H1 v2 is an excellent value when on sale. I picked this up for $200 on sale and for every you get, I think it’s worth it. I had the H1 v1 and this one is definitely taller and a bit wider. This is to accommodate bigger graphics cards. NZXT also included a 750watt Power Supply instead of the 650 watt in the older model. They also added an additional USB 3.0 port on top and an improved riser cable for the graphics card. The included 140 mm AIO water cooler seems to be the same setup as before which isn’t bad. All of the cables are pre-routed so this is almost as plug and play as you get with PC builds. The new USB controller didn’t quite workout with my MSI motherboard so I went ahead and plugged the CPU fan cable directly onto my motherboard in addition to the usb controller cable. I’m very happy with this small form factor case and would recommend it, especially when on sale. Hold out for those 50% off deals if you can!

Great quality case at an affordable price. If you always wanted something to stand out with your PC setup, the NZXT - H1 SFF case will do. It includes the PSU, AIO cooler, and everything you need to get up and running. I was impressed with the overall build quality and the components that were included. Make no mistake, this is an SFF case, so there's not a lot of space to move around inside, and everything is snug, but the airflow on the GPU side of the case is great, and I had no problems putting an AMD 7800XT reference card in the case. If you go with this case, or any other NZXT case, you will not be disappointed. I used this case for a Home theater PC, and it's pretty small in the area that I'm using it in as well. Doesn't get too loud either.

Case is very easy to build, and doesn't take long to install parts. Very nice compact size. Only bad thing is that it can be loud, but good enough temperature.

Excellent SFF case with everything built in and well thought out. it was my first SFF ITX system and I admittedly appreciated the step by step sticker. fans are a little loud but somewhat expected with a 13600KF and RX 6800 generating heat in a small space- and I should add that temps are excellent. Overall highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the best cases I've ever purchased. I've been using this case for a few months now and have not had any issues so far with cooling or overheating. It was very simple to install the parts within this case. It comes with instructions which I did not need. It was a steal for the price due to the fact that the water cooling alone cost almost as much as the case that it comes in.

Stunning to look at and great value and temps with the v2 model. Mote room and better temps. Change the fan to a thermaltake or nactua and get even better temps at lower db levels. Ypu can literally build a pc in 15 mins in this case.

Its a good case and very easy to build in since everything is already routed. The PSU fan is loud even at idle though, Temps are kinda high with the glass front panel. I opted to buy a vented wood panel for the front and it helped drop temps. Overall a good looking case too. When it goes on sale for $200 it seems worth it. At $400 not so much.
