Customers are saying

Customers recognize the H1 SFF Mini ITX case's small size and ease of use as major advantages, frequently praising its included high-wattage power supply and AIO cooler. Many appreciate the case's value and pre-installed components, simplifying the building process. However, some users note that the case can be noisy, particularly the AIO fan. The positive feedback on the build quality and included components outweighs the negative comments about noise levels.

    Fantastic Value

Overall this case has been amazing. Installation of all parts was quick and easy. The included PSU and AIO have worked perfectly. My only two complaints would be the original $400 price. I would not have picked this up if it wasn't on sale for $200. The other is that it's slightly louder than many PC's. This is mostly due to the AIO pump and PSU fan. Other than those two minor issues I would 100% buy this again.

    Great case

Great looking case, comes with a power supply and liquid cooled AIO. The glass is heavily tinted, but RGB still gets through easily. Only complaint is that it's a little difficult to plug things into the motherboard since it's at the bottom. Great value since it's usually on sale for $200.

    NZXT H1

The NZXT H1 is a great small form factor Pc case. The integrated AIO and power supply make it well worth the price. I would recommend this case to anyone looking for an easy to build small pc. If you don't specifically need such a small case I would recommend getting a m-atx or axt case as it would be much cheaper.

    Good for the price

It is honestly a pretty good case, with some small issues. Build-quality-wise, it feels solid and quite premium with the glass front and steel frame. One big plus is that it is almost completely tool-less, except for two screws holding the radiator to the frame. The way it is structured, you have a lot more space to move around. Most cables are pre-routed to where they normally are found on boards, and additional cable ties and little holes are there to attach the remaining cables. The case has pretty good GPU compatibility. My friend managed to stick a EVGA 3080 in his PC, and I could fit a XFX 7600 black edition on mine. But do please check if your gpu will fit. As of the negatives, the AIO pump is loud. It coincidentally cannot be turned down on NZXT Cam. The USB ports on top are weirdly tight, making me worry I might accidentally break the connector. All in all, pretty good case.

Dead PSU on arrival. Decent ITX case, cool design.

Unfortunately the case was delivered with a dead PSU. I believe this was NZXT's fault, as the PSU included with this case is not of the best quality. Especially since the case includes a power supply and AIO cooler, so they had to cut costs somewhere to make a profit. Otherwise the build quality feels good, and the building experience was good. All of the cables were neatly tucked before opening the case, ready to build. I would have preferred if they did a mesh front panel instead of tempered glass for better air cooling. The AIO worked fine.

    A STEAL FOR $200

At $200 on sale. This case is a STEAL. Always wanted to make an ITX build, but dealing with a psu and cooling solution was a headache. This case solves the harder problem. Comes with everything you need and when its on sale for $200, no other mini ITX can even come close.

    Best Mini ITX kit value!

The value of this kit ALONE has me astounded! But the thermal performance given it's size is decent. I've heard the fans are a bit loud, but can easily replace those. I'm still getting all the new parts, but I've looked inside and watched reviews.

Loud case, even at idle, be aware

I know it looks like a great deal when its at $200, but I would look elsewhere unless you are certain you are okay with the compromises. Here are the major cons to this case: 1. The PSU (Power Supply) has no Zero RPM mode or really any fan control at all. This might not seem like a big deal, but its really rather loud, and runs AT ALL TIMES when the PC is on. It is really unpleasant and I would never be able to use this case without replacing the PSU 2. The AIO is only 140mm, but because the pump is located in the fan assembly (rather than on the water block), it actually has less Radiator surface than normal. The Pump also runs at 100% at all times, and has no controls available. Its location right against the outside of the case makes it more audible. This cooler was able to handle a 7700x, but had to run its fan above 50% even at idle, which was obnoxious. The AIO also has no sensors for fluid temp which is annoying. It is a pretty case, but its a loud case. There are fixes online that you can find (basically mod the AIO, replace the fan, replace the PSU, but that ups the cost significantly.
