Customers are saying

Customers recognize the H1 SFF Mini ITX case's small size and ease of use as major advantages, frequently praising its included high-wattage power supply and AIO cooler. Many appreciate the case's value and pre-installed components, simplifying the building process. However, some users note that the case can be noisy, particularly the AIO fan. The positive feedback on the build quality and included components outweighs the negative comments about noise levels.

Loud case, even at idle, be aware

I know it looks like a great deal when its at $200, but I would look elsewhere unless you are certain you are okay with the compromises. Here are the major cons to this case: 1. The PSU (Power Supply) has no Zero RPM mode or really any fan control at all. This might not seem like a big deal, but its really rather loud, and runs AT ALL TIMES when the PC is on. It is really unpleasant and I would never be able to use this case without replacing the PSU 2. The AIO is only 140mm, but because the pump is located in the fan assembly (rather than on the water block), it actually has less Radiator surface than normal. The Pump also runs at 100% at all times, and has no controls available. Its location right against the outside of the case makes it more audible. This cooler was able to handle a 7700x, but had to run its fan above 50% even at idle, which was obnoxious. The AIO also has no sensors for fluid temp which is annoying. It is a pretty case, but its a loud case. There are fixes online that you can find (basically mod the AIO, replace the fan, replace the PSU, but that ups the cost significantly.

Great value for an itx case when on sale. Thermals good not perfect, size could be smaller but can’t argue for the price

I have 2 of these and haven’t experienced any issues woth noise or high thermals. One build has an i7 11700k with a RTX 3080ti. The other has an i5 13600k with a RTX 3060. If you can fet it on sale, ita good deal woth the included AIO and sff PSU

    READ-AIO ISSUE

this case has an issue where the liquid inside the cpu aio builds up material that clogs the pump over time. The aio doesn't last very long so not only are you buying an oven for your gpu, You will also be waking up one day asking yourself what burning smell would that be coming from your pc.

    Loud PSU and AIO

NZXT almost made the perfect case. They screwed it all up with their fan controller software CAM. The PSU has a tiny fan which is always running at 100% with no ability to control it. The AIO fan also runs at 100% which creates a horrible whine. In order to remedy these problems you have to modify the proprietary fan header for the AIO to plug directly into the motherboard and then purchase another PSU for ~$150. All told even if you got this case on sale for $200 you're going to be out around $400. Not worth it. I'll be going with the Hyte Revolt 3.

    Don't buy at $400.

$400 case in 2023 is a no go. This case was released in 2021. PSU is outdated, cooler isn't sufficient enough. It is worth $200 at most. If no sale, don't buy.

Between the PCI riser cable fires and the AIO failing after two years and getting absolutely zero help from NZXT, I can't in good conscious recommend any of their products anymore. Let me do you a favor, keep looking.
