Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the product open boxed excellent condition and it had Styrofoam all in the case from the packaging and there was scratches on the metal panel. There was a tiny chip, which I did not notice until I had already installed my motherboard and I tried to get the glass replaced, to prevent further cracking, but the only option Best Buy would give me is to return the case for a replacement. Which would mean I would have to uninstall my whole build. The case itself is awesome, just the service I received was subpar.
