Works great. The LCD is very bright and accepts high refresh rate gifs. easy to install as well

Lcd screen is amazing and after 7 months, its still working dtrong on my ryzen 9 7950x

Overall its great. Not much to complain about. The temps of the liquid do get a bit hotter than likeable. It could also just be the config I have it in. Aside from that oooohhh LCD and ooohhh unicorn vomit.

This thing runs hot. when gaming runs between high 60s to high 70s. I've try 3 different thermal paste and same outcome. Its a all Lian Li build but i use the fans that came with it and my own fans so something wrong with pump or radiator. My other 2 builds run Lian Li AiO and same games that were run tempt kept an easy high 40s to 50s. But the screen is gorgeous that's why it was purchase. Will return to exchange for same and see how thhat one goes.

I was excited when this elite 360 RGB model lunched, but when I installed it, it lack the QA and looks very cheap, the LED ring diffuser showing every single LED and the screen is LCD not OLED, it clearly shows the black backlight, and finally the tube looks very cheap not like previous models, it is the time to say goodbye to NZXT

Works very well and does what it is supposed to do. Best Buy tech did great job putting my sons custom built computer together and was very helpful with what parts were needed for it!!

Love the screen but everything about it feels cheap. The plastic around the screen and pump feels like a cheap toy. The braided water lines also feel cheap. it's way louder than my old kraken. Still does the job but I'm worried about how long it will last.

AIO was easy to install, Package arrived on time, would recommend to anyone looking into getting a 360mm AIO

Easy to install works great no bugs and just fits perfect

This review is for an open-box product described as "Excellent". I received the older 2023 model of the NZXT Kraken Elite 360 inside the package, not only once, but twice. I would expect if an open-box product is being sold, that it would be thoroughly inspected. Especially one that is marked as "Excellent". Someone is clearly gaming the system and not caring for who it affects down the line when Best Buy relists their scam of a returned product. I hope this review brings attention to the matter. For the record, I was able to return the products at a physical store for my money back.

The screen is an improvement from the previous model, but they cut back costs on the AIO tubing. Really bad quality with kinks and horrid sleeving on the tubes. For being a NZXT buyer for over a decade, this is a disappointment of a product.
