    I bought this product and for 3 months it worked great, but the pump failed for no appearent reason. I have been trying to get things sorted with warranty and customer service for almost two weeks now and for some reason they only respond maybe once a day and have made the entire process completely unpleasant when trying to resolve the matter. This is especially bad when given the cost of the product.

    RGB fans felt SO cheap compared to the same style without RBG fans. I rather no RBG for the price of this unit. Took them back and went with no RBG fans.

    It is a very nice looking aio but the pump made way too much noise. I removed it twice to get all of the air out of the pump with no luck. I read this is a common issue and it results from poor quality control. Would only recommend this product if you're willing to role the dice

    The screen on this thing is enormous! Also NZXT Please give us more length on that USB cord and CPU fan cord please! This thing almost wont fit a LianLi PC011 Dynamic due to the short cables.

    If you're looking for a sweet AIO and great performance than this is the AIO for you! I love the LCD display and the cable isn't hard to manage.
