The cooler is nice but has a very faulty wire and response time from nzxt is horrendous they have better coolers if you are interested in nzxt still and works much better

It said excellent open box condition they say it brings all the pieces under that condition so it should have had all the pieces but when I got it the intel bracket was missing , don’t believe that excellent open box comes complete .

We purchased this product and received in the box some ones previously used cooler master cpu air cooler and NO ONE will assist with resolving this issue! If you want thos buy it elsewhere

NICE. Looks amazing and keeps the CPU super cool in both temp and style. Highly recommend for new builds or just upgrading the thermal cooling system. Customizable LCD makes it even better

The NZXT Kraken Elite RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler is a beast! I’m running an RTX 4090 and an Intel i9 14900K, and this cooler keeps everything running super cool, even during intense gaming sessions. The RGB lighting adds a nice touch to my build, and the 2.36" LCD display is just the cherry on top—it’s customizable and shows me all the critical stats at a glance. The fans are quiet, and the installation was pretty straightforward. If you’re looking to keep your high-end rig cool and want something that looks as good as it performs, this is the cooler to get. This AIO keeps my CPU cool and looks really good doing it. I love being able to modify the background on the LCD screen and the info that it gives me as I'm gaming.

Good AIO solution and relatively easy to set up. My only qualms with this is the pricing, NZXT software and all the dangling wiry mess as the fans have individual connectors that go into a hub. Be prepared to deal with the not-so-perfect NZXT CAM software to control the lights and display which you can't sometimes control due to software bugs. I would recommend going for the non-elite version instead as this is ridiculously expensive and the only reason is the nice 'screen' which isn't going to be that big of a difference anyways.

Excellent AIO. I replaced my old X63 280mm with this. Performance is about the same. It is able to keep my 5900x CPU under control. Customization is very nice. The screen is bright and clear. Fans LED are bright and good. Pump noise is relatively quite and much better than Corsiar's H150i. I'd recommend this easily.

I loveeee this AIO but its is honestly wayyy too much, however if you have a gift card or a sale I highly recomend. the screen is so crip and bright and the fans offer realley even and relaxed rgb lighting, cooling is really good and near silent too unpes sumder full load! it can handle a oc 13700k! keeping it at only 74c max!

Used this to replace a failing AIO water cooler (Stock one from iBuyPower). Does its job really well, and there's a ton of installation support via the book included or Youtube videos. Keeps temps on my processor between 40-50c. Does its job really well.

It LOOKS and preforms perfectly. The temps under gaming load is 55c and small desktop use is 40c with a 13700K, mind you a HEAT GENERATING BEAST was slain by nzxt 360mm aio. It’s white and has cool rgb and a display so I think this is the perfect water cooling solution

For an open box item I was on edge but it came with everything. I think it was a display item since it looked brand new.

The only "negative" thing I have to say about this cooler is that installing this into my PC took the longest, that is it. My CPU remains cool during long sessions, not to mention this thing looks sweet with the display which you can customize. Highly recommended, just make sure your case can fit it.
