The only "negative" thing I have to say about this cooler is that installing this into my PC took the longest, that is it. My CPU remains cool during long sessions, not to mention this thing looks sweet with the display which you can customize. Highly recommended, just make sure your case can fit it.

Bought this AIO for my 7900x and it worked well. The only thing that I would say where it's a bit lacking are the LED controls as well as the Fans used on this product. Going into this purchase, I knew it was a new product and had been a bit questionable about the longevity of it. Generally, I try to stay away from brand new products but with my Kraken X63 lasting 3 years, I figured I was in good hands. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Within 2 month, the first fan began to get loud as if the baring's were the issue. 2 weeks after, the 2nd fan started having the same issue. 1 month after the first fan started getting loud, it seized. With time of it being off, it will start moving again but eventually makes a grinding sound, then seizes. Since the 1st one seized, the 2nd one has become much more audible which leads me to believe it will seize in the next couple weeks. I've contacted NZXT and they were extremely quick to help but unfortunately the fans are out of stock with no answer on when a replacement will be available. Maybe I just received a bad batch as it usually tends to happen, but I would really pay attention to the fans early on if they get loud and reach out to NZXT then. The whirring sound is a very clear indicator that it's going to happen to you. As far as my complaint on the LED controls, they are lacking if you try to compare to Corsair and even Lian Li. I wish there was more customization but I suspect that will come with time. I will mention that the screen on the product is great, easy to use, but must warn you that most of the GIFs you find won't generally be as smooth after you load them. I've found that majority of the ones I have found or even made end up being somewhat choppy. Overall, it's a good product in terms of cooling(Keeps the 7900x around 62c-65c) and looks, but now I am skeptical on the longevity of the fans being used on this AIO. I have been building PC's for over 15 years and this is only the 2nd time I have ever had a fan seize on me.

Used this to replace a failing AIO water cooler (Stock one from iBuyPower). Does its job really well, and there's a ton of installation support via the book included or Youtube videos. Keeps temps on my processor between 40-50c. Does its job really well.

The coolest aio our there with the big lcd screen. Pretty expensive for an aio but i dont think it gets any better than this. Great performance with a cool gimmick

Excellent Cooler and also a great aesthetic look. You can change to any color and the installation wasnt hard at all. It is a very clean looking and great performing cooler!

Easy to use even if its a little daunting for first time water cooling install. Keeps my i7 14700k cool - 25-33°C idle so far in my basement this winter. If you have enough space in an H9 Elite case you can also do a push/pull fan config if you get 3 more fans and more long fan screws.

Great looks on my gaming PC! Keeps everything inside very cool and also looks great!

Sleek and nice. Works out of the box and easy to install, I had this for over 2 years now and still runs good.

Cooler is top of the LINE! RGB fans are so aesthetically pleasing and beautiful not to mention the actual customization settings of the AIO alone. Not only that but performance is incredible and keeps my cpu running efficiently and cool without any issues. 10/10!

Built a new PC, recently. I gotta say.. This CPU Cooler is absolutely beautiful. I'm in love with the LCD Display! Being able to game out on my dream PC with this gorgeous cooler and seeing Pikachu on my LCD display inside my PC may not seem necessary, but if you get it, you will understand how necessary it actually is.

Easily on of the best cpu coolers on the market. My 13th gen i7 never idles higher than 35 and the customization is amazing!

Been using this for a while now on my overclocked 10900k. Love the customizable screen on the pump. Install was a breeze and my CPU temps are nice and cold.

It cools my CPU. The NZXT cam software is easy to use but everytime my PC goes in sleep mode it resets to default. I have to close and reopen. I taylor my settings to the game I'm playing, HD2! For Democracy!

Absolutely mind blowing. Keeps my 12900k cool even on high loads. Love the aesthetics and fans are quiet. Pricey but worth every penny. 0 regrets buy it while in stock. The screen is gorgeous and relatives and friends be mind blown when they see the pc lol

Have had it for several years now without any issues at all.

I have been using this NZXT Kraken Elite 360 in my new build and I must say it works perfectly. The screen is displaying the temperatures with no issues and I love the customization for the screen in the NZXT software.
