Driver issues and screen Hz rate finnicky

Sent a broken item as open box excellent

It came with no insert and everything loose rattling around and damaging everything. But best buy doesn't have a we screwed you option to comp me for the gas and time their mistake costed me.

Didn't work, DOA, disappointing quality from NZXT

I should not expect to open a brand new product that is not working on first use. I was also replacing my older NZXT AIO with this new one...looks like I won't be using NZXT any more in the future.
