The system's value for its components, especially the powerful graphics card, is also frequently highlighted. Amazing PC - Perfect for Gaming

This PC was made with both cooling and quality in mind. For reference I was playing RDR2 with VSYNC off, I managed to get around 500 fps on ultra settings. I was also sitting at around 40 degrees (liquid cooler). The PC comes with a lot of customization. An example would be the ARMOURY app which allows you to download games for cheaper prices, change your wallpaper, and easily update your drivers with one simple click. I was able to run both Fortnite and Subnautica at the same time (on accident), and I had both at 144fps, and it could have been even more, but I had the fps capped. The only thing I regret is not buying this sooner.

    Very good PC

Bought this a couple weeks back. Very good out of the box PC, FPS on medium setting for cod run 290+ constantly. Runs multiple programs with out much dip in frames or speed. Only a few things, SSD is okay could have gone with a little bit faster processing one. Mine also came in damaged, had the leg on bottom snapped off not sure if this was due to shipping or Best Buy opening and checking it. 2nd maybe reason as the screw was screwed in wrong like someone had found it and then re screwed in incorrect way out side of case. Best Buy said only thing they could do would be return the entire PC and wait another 10 days which is silly for that. Thankfully, I contacted NZXT and they sent me a replacement piece that I received in 5 days and was a simple fix. Best Buy employees weren’t exactly to helpful with it and I had to figure out how to get it replaced myself.

Incredible value for this computer with a 4080 super. Easily getting well over 240 FPS playing call of duty in 4K on an Oddysey G9. The upgraded processor and other components will extend the usable lifespan for a potential future graphics card upgrade a few years down the line

I would give it 4 stars due to the fact of knowing there is better pc options at higher prices, but for this price you pay for what you get. The pc plays very well on games 240+ fps no issue, I would reccommend it if you plan to have a lot of games and run at a high speed. If you only play a couple games you can probably get a cheaper pc and have it run just fine. Very easy to set up. Need to clean dust from pc sorry if pics came out bad but just showing what it looks like! Great Pc no complaints 5 months in!

Extremely Disappointed with NZXT’s Order Handling

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with NZXT. I placed an order for a product that was in stock, only to have it cancelled not once, but twice. To make matters worse, Best Buy support initially claimed that I, the customer, had cancelled the order. After further investigation, they admitted that NZXT was the one who cancelled it. What adds to the frustration is that the product was marked as “not available” shortly after my order was cancelled, only to become available again a few hours later. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Additionally, it’s quite fishy that the PC I ordered, which kept getting cancelled, was marked as $2500 on Best Buy but is listed as $3200 on the NZXT website with a different name. It seems odd that a PC with the same specs would have a different name and price on Best Buy compared to NZXT. I expected better from a company like NZXT. This experience has left me questioning their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they take steps to improve their order management and communication with customers.

Great pre-built , good components, no bloatware

Good price for a pre-built with these specs (obviously not as good as DIY and building yourself, but some people just don’t have the time to purchase all parts separately and build a PC). Arrived pretty well packed, however there was a large hole on the side of the box from UPS. Luckily whatever caused the hole didn’t hit the actual computer (made UPS note that the box was damaged just in case I had issues with the computer) This computer is a beast in size. Like the largest computer I’ve ever had. So make sure you have plenty of room on your desk or underneath. There’s also fans on the right side of the computer, so putting it against a wall or furniture is probably not a good idea for airflow. It is a sleek and gorgeous looking computer with real heavy glass encasing the internals. The LED fans and LED RAM are nice and can be adjusted with the included software (you will need to download separate ASUS motherboard software in order to change the RAM led lights though). I like the fact you can manipulate the colors on the fans to show you the temps of the CPU or GPU (example, colors can go from green to red depending on how hot the computer is getting). Really good way to know how hot the computer is running. And the LCD screen on the Intel chip is very cool. You can upload your own GIF and have it running on the little screen. After opening the computer and removing all the packing material, I installed an additional 2 tb SSD Nvme as well as a 20 gb harddrive for more storage (came installed with WD Blue SSD, T-Force ram, and ASUS z790 motherboard, which came with extra connection cables and screws which was nice - but note that it does NOT come with a small SSD Nvme screw needed to set additional SSD cards). I also went to flash the BIOS because I’ve read about issues with the i9 14k chipset. Surprisingly the motherboard had already been flashed and updated to the most recent firmware (thanks NZXT!). Also made sure to turn on XMP via the BIOS in order to get the full speeds of the installed T-Force RAM. After updating all the software and drivers, I installed some intense processing-power games (Cyberpunk 2077, Indiana Jones, Red Dead Redemption 2). The temps for the CPU remained fairly cool for a chip that tends to run hot. At about full load (98%), the temps maxed out at about 73° C. Not bad. At least it wasn’t hitting higher (80 and higher I would have been a little worried, but it’s also winter and my house’s ambient temps are a bit lower - so we’ll see how it does in summer). Now every game I threw at it, run at ultra settings and everything turned on, was blazing fast (as I expected it should be with a 4080 Super). Cyberpunk was playing at average of 70-80 fps on 4k. Indiana Jones was hitting 120s and higher at 4k. I’m very satisfied with the processing power (but also now wondering how a 4090 card would have done since it’s supposed to be like 30% more powerful). The computer is fairly silent, give and take a somewhat loud clicking sound when starting up (I’m assuming it may have to do with the liquid cooling kicking up or the GPU fans kicking on - not exactly sure). Overall I’m very pleased with the quality of the build (nothing was out of place and I checked all components before I started the computer), the look of the computer, and the speed of the computer. No complaints at all other than the size of this thing and that it does not come with a keyboard/mouse at this price point. I’d def recommend NZXT for anyone that wants a pre-built and blazing fast speeds for gaming at 4k. Good components, fairly quiet, no bloatware, great gaming!

Very happy with this purchase. The system arrived in a very well packaged box. I had heard issues about the graphics card coming loose during shipping but this was an issue I did not have to deal with. I mainly use this with a dual screen setup for trading and gaming. All the games and programs I use run very smoothly and haven’t given me any issues. Setup was plug and play! This is an excellent value! On the Best Buy site this PC is listed as a Player Three. But, from what I can tell, this same PC build on NZXTs website is listed as a Player Three Prime (a higher-end version). I suspect that this is the reason that this PC comes in and out of stock very often.

    Solid build, bad PSU…

First gaming PC, solid entry pre build. Happy with performance of games like COD and Hell Divers 2. Would give 5 stars but the PSU failed not even a month in. Currently waiting to hear from NZXT, hoping they resolve the issue in a timely manner. The build is full of high end parts except the SSD is on a lower end, not a big deal it does its job. And the PSU could have been a 1000w unit. I think the PSU failure is a fluke as it’s my luck when I buy something expensive that I have something break. That said it still shouldn’t have happened. Will update after I get a response from NZXT

This thing is a monster. Runs cool and quiet. I only play on 1080p and cap my frames at 144 but it hardly ever moves from 144 on any game (cod, wow, overwatch, smite etc). Worth the buy if you are not feeling up to building one yourself.
