Keeps my CPU nice and cool. 30C during idle and maxes out at 70 during Cinebench stress test. However, one thing I noticed is that there are only three CPU fan retainer clips instead of four. Bothers me a little bit, but the product does its job nicely so I'm happy overall.

Removed the brackets and you reuse the backplate comes with ita own thermal paste. Comes with one fan but has brackets to mount two if you prefer.

I have no issues when using the Kraken x63 but always have preferred air cooling over liquid depending on the setup. I expect this cooler to perform well and get it's job done.
