I've used Office for a long, long time. No installation issues, and it works great.

My previous laptop’s charging port quit working and as I was looking for a new job I needed a new laptop right away. I had just gotten back from being out of the country the night before and should NOT have been shopping for anything as I was exhausted and had jet lag. I basically walked into Best Buy and said “i’ll Take that one” figuring I could return it if I didn’t like it. As the computer was definitely low cost I was not expecting much but have been very impressed. Is it the fastest computer?....no. But fast enough for my needs which are basically surfing the net, Using word and e-mails and pictures. Was not sure I would but LOVE the touch screen! Only thing that I really don’t like is the mouse/curser which jumps every time I try to click on something. Overall great laptop for the price and happy with my purchase!

This version of Office 365 Personal is exactly what I needed. I only needed to license one computer, not five, so this is the correct product for me. It includes all the Office products I use on a regular basis as well as a few others that are new to me. The store's sales associate was able to assist me in choosing the correct product.

This was my first HP desktop computer purchase. So far, so good. Quick and responsive, quiet and easy to follow on-screen instructions for set up. The stock keyboard is a bit basic but not bad. Added a wireless mouse for speed and convenience.

Everyone needs warranty for peace of mind. I've always needed it with my past computer clunkers, but with the new 13 inch 2 in 1 Dell laptop, I doubt I'll need a warranty. It seems reliable but a warranty gives me peace of mind.

Issac was wonderful! After struggling for over 7 hours with Dell and HP we returned to Geek Squad. He was able to transfer the remaining files and clean up the software connections and the computer

This is the right size of USB flash drive. 16 gig is about right to be able to put everything you need to on it.
