I already had the OBi 110 and purchased this for my parents. Used BestBuy Online for three reasons: 1. Easy to collect from local BB/UPS store at my convenience 2. BB has a price match guarantee, so can get at the same price as Amazon 3. If something wrong, I can return to BB store, than shipping somewhere Package arrived on time - collected from UPS store (though the local store made some fuss about a collection charge of $5, later accepted the view that it was included in the shipping) Obi - very easy to configure with the google voice and other VOIP services. It was functional in 5 minutes. Default configuration of OBi 110 is to use 10MBpS bandwidth. However, better sound quality, it can be easily changed to 100MBpS by using the phone connected to it. I bought this thinking it could use it with my cable company's voip, but couldn't. Instead, we set it up with Google Voice. It's simple and works great.
