    Says indoor/outdoor. I wouldn’t use outdoor at all. Front flimsy and made of paper. The images doesn’t change to cat eyes, just the blue eyes. Very light and cheap. It would blow away outside. Probably doesn’t weigh one pound. Not worth $14.99. Maybe $5. I’ve gotten nicer things at the dollar tree for $1

    We purchased 2 of these and hung them in the visors of our vehicle at night. We received so many compliments on Halloween that we purchased more to put in each car!

    Pros: Easy to hang and very fun to see from outside. Cons: These use AA batteries....and A LOT of them! I had to replace the batteries every couple of days and since I had multiple eyes hung up, I burned through a ton of batteries.
