Wish mine inflated like the others

Unfortunately, mine would not inflate fully, so the tail sagged. I tried for 2 days straight but it never got there. I ended up returning it due to this. Seems 1 out 10 reviews have a bad experience. Fingers crossed for those who buy it in the future.

Arrived Very Late

The shipper Best Buy used (OnTrac) lost it somewhere along the way. After multiple attempts contacting OnTrac to find out what the problem was - it just showed up at our front door. Very dissatisfied with the whole process. Nothing wrong with the product but I returned it after being so disgusted!This is the second time in the last year that OnTrac has lost a package in transit. Worst experience ever but at least this time the item showed up.
