    Taking place before the first game, this prequel adds more story to the overall beast of both 1 and 2. The amazing art is still present here, and the game manages to feel new without feeling like the prequel is more advanced if that makes sense. Timeline-wise it is believable that this gameplay would exist prior.

    this is my game of the year. Octopath travelor is such an amazing game. you will get bang for your buck took me 125 hours to beat the game. I played all 3 octopaths travelor but this one is by far my favorite.

    Really fun game! Delivered on time. I'm loving the wealth, power and fame story lines. Loving the removed gacha mechanics.

    If you loved the first 2 games, youll love this prequel! It was a mobile game that they turned into a real game, they did great!

    My sister loved the gift, and it's a much better value than the Switch 2 equivalent given that's only a Key Card.
