    Bluw light is bad for you. You already use your phone to an unhealthy degree, why not take away tje eye strain that phones give you when you stare at them, whether its broad dayligjt or worse, at night? Somehow even regular text comes in much clearer than being without a acreen protector.

    Definitely worth the extra money to protect your eyes as well as your phone screen. Used to get headaches occasionally from being on my phone too much. Noticed a difference the first day after installing.
