A different concept in a movie , pretty slow. But a really good plot.

Yikes! I don't know what happend to M. Night. This was just a plain old stinkfest. His last real good movie was signs. I thought he was gonna make his comeback after Split but Glass was disappointing as well. I gave this review four stars only because the steelbook is nice

I had my eye on this Steelbook since it came out, but was hesitant to pick it up full price, having not seen the movie in theaters. I saw it on a sale and picked it up. The artwork is great. As far as the movie, I enjoyed it. It has some rewatch value, but its definitely best the first time through. The wide shots of the beach / water are very nice in the 4k release. Worth watching at least once.

Although I really like films by M. Night Shyamalan they have always been "hit" (The Sixth Sense, Signs, Split, etc.) or "miss" (The Happening, After Earth, The Last Airbender, etc.) IMO. That being said, I am on the fence with this one. On the one hand, the cinematography, performances, and music are fantastic. On the other hand it's like it seems to jump from one genre to another and then another one that eventually leads up to a twist (like most Shyamalan films). Although I stayed with it to the very end, I was a bit let down by the resolution. Now I want to read the graphic novel that it's based on. The blu-ray contains a few BTS clips that were interesting (especially how and where it was filmed on location).

Starts out at a nice vacation resort and ends up on a 'private beach'. Then the real issues come out and the suspense builds. Mostly follows the main couple and their two kids and what happens to them on this special stretch of beach. Don't want to give too much away about the storyline but it is suspenseful as you don't know what is going to happen next or if anyone can escape.

Good film, but a little bit of a silly premise. Very well executed, though and keeps the interest. The actual disc that I bought from Best Buy was corrupted, though, so I had to return it.

I liked this movie a lot. The mystery kept building and building and building until the end. There was a very satisfying conclusion to this flick. I was not sure if this would be another 'Signs / Unbreakable' or a 'Glass'. It turned out much better than I thought.

I pretty much love everything thing M. Night Shyamalan writes, directs,. and works on films. Old is no exception to the rule. In this genre, there are few excellent movie to begin with, but I feel like this one really tripped my trigger!

What happens when you go on you ideal vacation, and taken to a beautiful secluded beach, only to find out it is not quite what you expected. M. Night Shymalan has hit home again with this suspense thriller.

i havent been able to see the whole movie yet but so far so good it really just keeps you wondering and quessing through out the part of the movie that i have seen. i cant wait untill i can finish the movie

I got say I never thought M Night would be a bad guy in this film this movie was a great time with a interesting story like he always has but this movie felt new like something I haven’t seen

I bought this as a blind buy. I had never watched this film before. The 4K picture is very good. The surround sound is also very good. The storyline is weird, but entertaining.

A very different Movie, I liked it only because it was different of being stranded on a beach where people turned old In a very short time. it's better than some movies that he has produced

Was good quality, I have no issues with this one. The only note I have was that I bought one of the Old Steelbook from Best Buy and I had to return it without exchange and did receive my money back and had to buy another one but a slight price to pay being time alone.

M. Night Shyamalan DOESN'T Disappoint with ANOTHER Head Scratcher. The Famed Director is On Top of His Game with Old. His Other Works Include; The Visit, Signs, The Sixth Sense, Glass, Split, and Unbreakable...

Scary twist on this horror film. But also equally entertaining and nerve racking for me it was. Going older is fear we all have but becoming someone’s lab rats just makes it more scarier!! I love the steelbook artwork!!
