    You will have trouble finding a lens anywhere near this sharp on any other system for this kind of money. YES it does feel VERY light because it is a very simple and yet EXTREMELY sharp lens grouping. Check the web reviews on this one. You will find that it is seen as a superb macro and portrait lens although NOT extremely fast obviously. Some reviewers said it almost too sharp. :-) It's most certainly NOT a joke in the slightest.

    I'm in love with my 50MM prime from olympus and thought the quality would be similar. I purchased this lens to shoot in a small room. To my dismay, this lens is like owning a plastic holga lens. There is extreme pixelation everywhere in the photo, nothing is detailed like my 50mm Prime. It saddens me that i wasted a good portion of cash that could have been used towards a decent lens. F+
