This is NOT a typical laptop. It uses desktop parts for at least the video card and that means compromises. The battery life is worse than your 5 year old iPhone. The trade off is that it’s VERY VERY fast. If you want a gaming system that you’d an take anywhere and something that plugs into a couple 4K monitors and doesn’t miss a beat - you will enjoy this a lot. The chassis also has a space for a disk drive, more RAM and another SSD. I added an external one for my games because it has usb-c. Performance is great. Keyboard is great. Use an external monitor for desktop stuff and the super-fast built in one for games. However, if you want something light, zippy, and with good battery life, this just won’t fit your needs. But I’m very happy with mine. I have a laptop for work. It’s also about $1000 less than comparable machines.

So far its been a good laptop. as with all laptops even the msi gt76 titan it power throttles on the battery. when plugged in tho its good to go without throttling. the speakers are a little quiet. the battery last about an hour. It has a good microphone. Cant expect much more from a laptop this thin. i bought the omen over the msi becuase the omen has the thunderbolt 3 port. i think the msi gt76 titan has the same 70wh battery. overall i'm happy.
