The best laptop for gaming for the price you can get...

I use this when i travel & it's a great gaming laptop

Great laptop for what I use it for, work and gaming. Upgraded to SSD in both ports because I am obsessive and needed to for no real reason. Could have used just one. Just wish it came with 16gb memory12 works fine but would prefer at least 16. Going to hook it up if chips ever drop in price. She gets warm so don’t let her eat table.

If you’re a gamer this laptop is absolutely amazing

I've always liked hp products, but needed to upgrade and this one was well worth it. The graphics are fantastic and the games looks just as good if not better than my boyfriends PC that was specifically built for gaming. I'm also able to use it for work, so there's plenty of space left for my games and work files.

I'm not a gamer but was looking for a fast computer for some software. This computer was the same price as the Lenova I was looking at with a bigger screen, better graphics, etc - Plus it looks cool. I don't travel with this laptop- so the weight is not an issue for me. My kids brag about their moms "gamer laptop".

Bought as a gaming computer for my son. He loves it!

Runs Dragon Age Inquisition at full resolution and full graphics features without a frame-drop. Fans are reasonably quiet for cooling the processors. Steady software without glitches or incompatibility, as I've seen on some lower end brands (MSI). Glad I purchased it. Plus, the store help was terrific.

Nicely put together laptop, a bit heavy and large but good performance. My only real complaint is the lack of ssd. Sluggish on start up, I purchased a Samsung m.2 ssd to add operating system to for much quicker start up and navigation.

I bought this over the MSI because this has Freesync and the Nvidia equivalent is extremely expensive. This computer is a powerhouse and a excellent value for the price. My only complaint would be the light bleed through when starting up but it isn’t noticeable le when playing games.

I love my laptop but I use it more as stationary. It's pretty heavy with all of its functionalities. Also, no CD drive which I thought wouldn't be an issue but I realized later that I needed an external drive. Other than that, amazing graphics and speed. Totally worth it!

This laptop runs excellently after you get everything running. I'm not a big laptop gamer but my work requires many very intensive programs and this thing runs like a beast. Only downside is it kills the wifi, but hey it has an Ethernet port so who really cares?

I bought this laptop to handle all my photographic needs. Handles it all and more! Very happy with the purchase, the only downside? The kids are constantly asking to use it! Lol, good job HP!

This laptop is a beast for the money HP doesn't get enough credit for what they've done especially with a cooling system I'm a big MSI fan but I actually traded in my MSI for this computer due to the fact that the HP cools much better

It’s a great laptop overall but being old fashioned, I exchanged it for an older model of the same brand that had a disc drive which this one doesn’t have. It’s still a great laptop with awesome speakers!

Had to return (great return policy and people) because it was soo hot when it ran any simple game or application. Even used a laptop cooler with no noticeable difference

Bought this for my young adult son who is an avid gamer. I did a lot of research and thought it was a good purchase for the price. Wasn’t really sure until I saw his reaction. He was pumped and I am a hero.
