Runs very well. Doesn't sound like a runway paying heavy games. Does get offended is a setting does not have an ultra/super option. Does not like the crust on its sandwiches but will eat them on the side.

Getting 6 beeps at startup meaning problem with GOU, found out you have to turn on monitor first or you get that error. GPU overheats due to poor airflow, no liquid cooling. Returning product.

So far it’s been great for gaming. PC was up and running and ready to go in 10 min. Looks really good and has been really quiet. It running all my Fav games at 90 - 100 FPS with the settings turned all the way up. It truly is a great gaming PC

Have had this pc for 5 or 6 months, runs everything on ultra... the bottle neck is the cpu... only 1 Cpu upgrade available which Is not worth the cost... I upgraded to 32gb ram which is the max it can have.. no additional slots on the motherboard for a capture card or additional Gpu... i literally bought this to plug and play and I’m now paying the price, just save 500-1000 dollars and build a faster more expandable pc

Followed the salesman's recommendation, and I'm thrilled with the choice. I couldn't build it at this price. Very fast to opening screens. The only thing holding this monster back is me! Highly recommend purchasing this product.

This setup is no where close to being wroth the $2000 asking price. I purchased the system and was very excited to get home and get it setup. When I opened the case I was very disappointed at the parts. Very cheap mb with only two dimm slots, cheap 500w psu, cheap cpu cooler, single case fan, and a single fan reference model of the rtx 2080. Very disappointed and returned to bestbuy.

So far this is a great system but it would be nice to have some kind of light or "?" to let you know that the drive is busy. the only other issue that I have had is that the Power Button is hard to push, not stiff but so recessed that you have to use your finger nail to press it.

This computer is perfect for gaming, editing, streaming, whatever you're looking for, it can most LIKELY run. Though the price is pretty high up there, it is still worth the price. Nonetheless, it's a great computer.

I can't speak to the gaming abilities of this computer because I bought it for my business. It was on sale at a great price. It is a lot faster than my 4 year old computer and is working out great for my business.

We bought several of these for use in 3D-Modeling and Photo-shop work. They are awesome and we purchased more. Highly recommended for any computer activity.

Amazing hardware for the price. I couldn't build a PC with the exact spec for cheaper. The only cons are that it comes with a rather crap motherboard and stock fan.

I bought this PC just to play the new Oculus Rift S. I am very disappointed with the performance of this computer. I paid the extra money for the higher performance internals and RTX 2080 graphics card, which should have no problems playing any games in VR. After about a month of playing, every game I load now crashes after startup and the screen is very pixelated before the crash. After doing a whole bunch of diagnostic testing and having HP tech support try everything. The PC needs to get sent out to HP for repair. After doing a little research online, a lot of people are having problems with the HP Omen with the RTX 2080. Apparently the power supply is only 500w and Nvidia recommends at least a 650w power supply to run smooth with the 2080. I am very disappointed with this product. You’re better off building your own PC.

Bought this computer to be able to use VR applications. After a bit of trying, finally got all the issues worked out. Seems to run just fine with the VR and other programs are no challenge for the PC. A bit pricey but glad I spent the money.

First few weeks i had beeping problems and it would turn on every other time... Now the computer keeps crashing when im playing games.. taking it back tomorrow or smashing it with hammer

This is a great machine! Very fast! I replaced an older computer and I can't believe the difference. Everything worked perfectly the first time. Great storage! Lightning speed!

Very fast large storage capacity, easy to transfer data and download large GB games, also used to backup 200BG on new smart phone. Excellent, user friendly, quick, quite and good looking uint.

This computer was a steal at $1,500. Also I'm very impressed with the cable management, everything is neat and tidy. Much better than I could do. This is a perfect VR ready computer.

Blazing fast in PS and LR. Imports in to LR extremely fast and runs actions in PS without a hickup.

I bought this as a pretty decent upgrade from my old rig.. First start beep code.. I fought through because it was the weekend and GPU goes out the following day.. Probably not bad rig, I just have terrible luck.. Best buy did very well with working with me on returning it..

For the price I got it, the specs are unbeatable. Starts quickly, runs literally any game at the highest settings. No issues on my end so far, I've only had it for a month
