Researched A/V rack systems extensively before selecting Omni Mount. This is a versatile, well-made, feature-rich unit, combined with free-shipping and competitively priced at Best Buy. You simply can not do much better! I could not be much happier about my selection aside from cooling fans and lack of power switch. A real bargain from BB!!

Again this is huge I mean really huge like a small refrigerator but it is worhe every dime. I believe it is better than the mid atlantic ones and the sanus components. Fan is noisy though.

I am impressed with the quality of this cabinet for the price I paid. I would make this purchase again in a heartbeat.

Setting this up was a three and a half hour task but mostly because I was very careful to route wires as neatly as possible. The rack itself is nicely rigid, very flexible (as all true 19" racks are and should be) and offers many different configurations and options for installing my equipment. However the panel material is lightweight and very tinny sounding which caused me to worry it might "sing" while playing music or loud soundtracks. But so far it has not been a problem as its installed. The robust castors look to be very durable and they roll easily enough, even on carpet. Switching the rear panel swing direction is easily done, but the front, with the glass panel, doesn't seem to offer the same ease, but I admit I have to investigate more. Considering I couldn't find the same level of functionality for anywhere close to this price I'm happy enough, but I wish I could have afforded a competitor's wood paneled version. But that was nearly 4X the price and I wasn't willing to pay nearly $2K for it. This is a relative bargain by comparison.

The built-in fans were a bit too loud for my taste. Rack is located near my 'critical' listening area. I removed the factory cooling unit and implemented my own cooling solution. Downside of doing that was that it cost more than the rack :(

This rack is amazing. The price is right and the quality is superb.

This unit is an excellent piece of gear. Mounting components is straightforward and well thought out with adequate tie down capability. The twin cooling fans work perfectly and all that I added was a thermostatic switch to turn them on when component temp. rises to a preset level.
