My doctor wanted me to monitor my blood pressure twice a day, and recommended the Omron brand. Based on its good reviews and its many useful features, I decided to get the top-of-the-line Omron 10 Series. I don't need a monitor that is Bluetooth-enabled, so this Model BP785N without Bluetooth is a good choice for me. I prefer to write down my readings in a pocket calendar. This monitor has great features, it is easy to use, accurate (it is very similar to readings from my doctor's office), fits my arm well, the cuff can be put on with one hand, it gives both blood pressure and pulse readings, has a large display that I can easily see without my reading glasses, has the option to get either one reading at a time or three consecutive readings that are averaged, and can be used by two people (it will save 100 readings for each person, and remembers the date and time of each reading). The cuff inflated very tightly on the very first reading I took (to 200), but on the second and all subsequent readings, it had "learned" my blood pressure range, and now only inflates as high as necessary. It comes with a plug-in AC adapter, or you can install batteries so it is portable. Please note that although the description says it comes with a carrying case, it does not. I highly recommend this blood pressure monitor.

Very easy to set up and use. I like the fact that you can set it to take 3 readings minutes apart for a true reading of your blood pressure. This unit also remembers readings for 2 people separately.

This is a fairly expensive blood pressure monitor but keep in mind that its very accurate. I really like the fact that it automatically checks your blood pressure 3 times before giving you an accurate reading. It makes things more simple specially when you have high blood preasure or an irregular hear beat. It has a very large LCD Color display that makes it look very fancy, High End and definetely worth the price. I highly recommend it.

My old Omron BP monitor developed a faulty cuff, and I decided to get a new unit instead of a new cuff. Works great, gives me accurate readings similar to those I get at my doctor's office. Highly recommended.

We were advised to get a cuff by my husband's cardiologist, so we shopped here and found a suitable, easy to use one. We are very happy with it and it's features.

I've successfully used a couple of different blood pressure cuffs in the past including the Omron 5 version of this cuff. I needed a new one and checked online reviews for high ratings which led me to the Omron 10. I've had it for about a month and it has been reliable and easy to use. I have started using the function which takes 3 readings in a row and averages them for you. It seems consistent with the readings from my doctor's office so I believe it is accurate. Easy to use and reliable. I would purchase it again.

I had a blue tooth model of a different brand before and the Omron 10 series is more accurate and very easy to use. The down side to this model is that I must write down the results to take them to my physician, but it is no big deal.

Dr recommend this brand and best buy had it online. Works great. I use the 3 reading average feature.

Replaces earlier, similar models. Only issue - sometimes bluetooth connect can be, well, difficult. Otherwise this is great. You can also download data and manipulate it yourself. Makes my nephrologist happy.

I've been using the new Omron 10 series Blood Pressure Monitor for about a month. I like it better than my old Omron unit. The cuff is easy to use and its readings seem to be accurate. I keep batteries in the unit but rely on the power supply included in the box.

WOrks well. Accurate. Easy. Omron is a good brand. Next step up would be a pro model, but this is good enough.

I purchased because I am a quad amputee, arms amputated a little below the elbow. GREAT buy.

So far, it seems very accurate. However, this is NOT the Bluetooth unit. I goofed when ordering but it still works just fine.

This monitor is easy to put on, and takes the average of three readings. Easy to read. Battery operated or use the adapter. It is easy to slide your arm thru the cuff rather than trying to wrap a cuff around your arm. Have a small arm and it fits easily.
