Unit also doesn't come with a dc adapter which means you are on battery power until you purchase the unit from Omron.

It is big and it stores readings and has an option to store the readings of two different users. It is a good brand recommended by my grandma's doctor.

Unfortunately no small cuff option. Primary user has smaller arm. Using the regular size cuff more often than not will give a misreading advising to retake.

I am happy to receive more consistent reading with the updated new one.
