I recently started using the Omron Evolv Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. This device is incredibly easy to use – it’s fully wireless, compact, and requires no complicated setup. Works excellently. I’m a large muscular man. My biceps are about 18 relaxed. It fits fine. It quick. Accurate. Fits small ams as well. Such as my girlfriend. The batteries last quite a while I take my blood pressure three times a day and I replaced the batteries about every four months before they even need to be replaced just to be cautious. It links to my iPhone without an issue via their app and it is recorded as well in Apple health which links up to my CPAP and everything else quite an amazing little device buying another because I lost my last one. I even bought one for my primary care provider because his was garbage compared to this.

Very happy with this purchase. This pressure cuff is easy to use and it connects with your smartphone to make a record of your results. We've had it for some time now and it's very reliable.

I have an old Omron monitor that I have to pump to inflate. It is still working, but I often get error readings, meaning it would not give me a readout. I got this Omron EVOLV Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor to replace the old one. And I am very glad I bought it. With this one, I always get a readout and no longer have to retake my BP. It's easy to use. It inflates on its own. And best of all, it transfers the results to my mobile phone Omron app. My only complaint is that there are times when the results don't sync smoothly with my mobile phone (though I must add that it is possible that the Android phone is to blame).

This is real step up from the old blood pressure cuff I had! It’s fancy and high tech, but also really simple to set up and use. I love that this is compatible with my Apple Watch too.

This is the best blood pressure machine I have purchased. This is my second time purchasing it. I wanted to have one with me in my car . It’s accurate and uploads all my results so I can track my BP history. An excellent product!!!

I bought this unit because of its excellent online reviews. It is a sleek unit, without tubes, easily portable with a nice display. The setup was easy and I had no problems connecting it with the OMRON CONNECT app. Unfortunately, this unit is not reliable. I took seven recordings between 7:03 and 7:21 AM on January 9 sitting quietly and following all instructions (recording arm, feet, and back supported, legs uncrossed, relaxed, no talking, empty stomach, empty bladder etc) . Systolic BP (upper reading) ranged from 98 to 126 and diastolic from 71 to 85 mm Hg with no particular trend, just random. Twenty eight points fluctuation in systolic and 14 points fluctuation in diastolic are unacceptable. I have a screenshot to prove this. Something is not right with this unit. I am curious to know if other users had similar experiences. Being a medical professional, I can't recommend such an unreliable unit to anyone. Hope this helps, and I sincerely hope someone from the company will contact me.

This item is great, I bought it for a second time, the first a gave it ti a friend and I bought this because is really accurate and works as expected to do.

Spent lots of time reading reviews for different devices people suggest. I’m glad I went with this one! Cordless is game changing for easy application during my dads seizures. And it pairs to my phone and automatically syncs when my phone is near! Making it even eaaaasier to take care of my father!

I got this when black friday was going on. I have two that has the tube and machine and strap, and this one, but with this you don't have to worried about all that cause it just goes on you upper arm. It will get tight then its done. you don't have to wait for it to go down, and since it is just one piece. You can take it with you easy in a bag or backpack.

The product is easy to use and works well. Most important, the configuration with the IPhone. The records are kept by date enabling me to review it, file it with my medical records and deliver it to my Doctor.

Easy, accurately mesures, and the feature I love the most is the keep keep your records in the cellphone, before I have to write down in. Paper to bring it to my doctor, now just open the app and done,

Great product with easy app functionality. I’ve compared my device readingz with a live healthcare provider’s reading on multiple occasions and so far so good.

Easy to use. However Bluetooth sometimes not working properly for transferring results. Maybe an update in software would correct it. Also I might need to buy a storing case for it. I have owned it for about 21 days and used about 90% of the time daily between myself and my wife.

Very handy and reliable. You do not need to log your previous readings as its automatically saved in the app with wifi feature. Highly recommended
