Good product for people who are ok with 75% acc

I usually use the instrument 3 times and i get readings between .2-6 difference at times and I just average out. Good for me because it is accurate enough to satisfy my workout desires and goals. Once I get into better shape then I will probably also use body fat calipers for more accuracy.

OK for screening

Getting a large number of readings and averaging them may be more accurate. Also, the values change throughout the day. This may be a good tool for screening purposes, but I wouldn't totally rely on it.

Not accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got different results from my gym and this machine. Results were way off the chart. My body fat percentage in gym machine was 30% and this machine showed 22%. I do not want to trust this device.
