Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a love-letter to Hollywood at the end of the 1960's. Those familiar with the Manson Family "Helter Skelter" murders will likely be confused by Tarantino's re-interpretation of history (like some of his other films do). There isn't much plot to get in the way of the story here. Rick Dalton (a mostly washed-up cowboy star) and his stunt double/driver Cliff Booth are a happy-go-lucky team. The script doesn't give a lot for them to do, however. They just drift through the story, occasionally having "dramatic" moments. Both main actors show off their acting chops in very different ways. And, yes, the third act is a mess of violence (which I liked) and head-scratching artistic decisions (which left me cold). There are a ton of interesting actors in supporting roles, led by Margot Robbie (as Sharon Tate) and Al Pacino. And, yes, my favorite part of the whole film was Brad Pitt facing off in a friendly fight with an actor playing a trash-talking Bruce Lee.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is one of the best films of the year! The acting is superb and the cinematography is stunning. Props to the Production Design team for recreating 1969 Hollywood! The sets were outstanding. A must see movie!

Can't believe I'm still buying Blu Ray in 2019! Includes multiple discs and a digital code, which is really all I'll use! Guess it's nice to have discs to share with friends!

Far warning go into this movie knowing it’s dark humor like most of his movies but also know it’s way better the 2nd and 3rd time. I hated it in theaters but loved it at home

If you loved the movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood you should check out buying the Collector's Edition if it is still available. The poster and other items included are a very cool addition to the package. Nice release!

I was very impressed by this new movie by director Quentin Tarantino. One of his best films to date really gets in touch with the end of the studio days in Hollywood. Good acting by both Brad Pitt, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

i love Quentin. however, i'm not the biggest fan of Django, but generally love his movies. Hollywood is just his love letter to old hollywood. not his best, but far from his worst. great performances by Pitt and DiCaprio

Very well done, having been a teenager when this takes place, like going back in time. Quintin Tarentino once again sets a new standard in film making. Not a lot of blood and violence but fantastic acting and suspense.

This movies revolves around Sharon Tate who was murdered by the Charles Manson cult but with a twist. Tarantino changes the storyline and bases the movie on Tate's neighbors, a declining movie star who is close friends with his stunt double. The movie is a tad long and requires multiple viewings to really get to understand it.

This movie was a great "what if it happened this way"! I love his take on actual events. Tarantino's casting in this movie was inspired. I laughed, gasped and laughed again. Great movie and I highly recommend!

Tarantino knows how to tell a story, you think you know what's going to happen and he turns around in his own style and says how do you like me now I love this movie a tale about Hollywood from beginning to end.

Do expect some grain but its no doubt a great transfer! The art is one of the most Hollywood-esque theme I've ever seen. Introduces all characters and has a nice gloss that looks great! Definitely recommend it.

This is Tarantino's 9th film and I felt with the cast that they had it seemed a little long to get to the point of the story. I found myself feeling that the story was being dragged out until you get to this awesome time altered ending. I still feel like it is still a required piece to any movie collectors library.
