I had never heard of One eskimO before receiving a cd from the One2One Network. I liked it at first, but after listening to all the complexities a few times through, I LOVE IT! It is a very unique sound with soft vocals and puts you in a reflective mood. I loved Kandi, Hometime, Amazing, and Chosen One. There is not a track that I do not enjoy and how often can you say that. After listening to it repeatedly, I wanted to find out more about this band I had never heard of before. Great back story and I hope you will check it out. Another interesting note: the band also animated their songs and I invite you to check it out. Really Great Stuff!

I found One eskimO's self-titled CD intriguing. The melodies are haunting in the sense that they stay with you... like that moment between the dream and reality when you're trying desperately to stay in the emotions felt in the dream. I felt that the blur between songs (no definitive break) fed into this feeling. The lyrics are deep but I'd have to say my favorite is "Chocolate".

After listening to this cd in its entirety I'm convinced that it'll be perfect background music for our numerous summer BBQ's and family get togethers this year. It's light easy listening at its finest. While I usually find myself screeching along to whatever is blaring on my iPod, in this instance, I found myself gently humming. Four stars for being just shy of lullaby material.

This album is a definite keeper if you are want to chill out relax, maybe have a nice glass of wine. But is not elevator music! It has a cool modern chill sound that won't put you to sleep. The only critique I would have is to say I felt that some of the songs blended right in together, but that is not necessarily a bad thing if you are trying to relax or maybe read!

I love this album! I'd never heard of this group before I was given this album to review, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. To be honest, I didn't love it the first few times I listened to is as I'm used to listening to slightly more upbeat, less mellow music - and this is pretty mellow. But that said, after listening to it a few more times it grew on me and I realized these guys are really great! They have an interesting sound; it is mellow, but still catchy. The well-played Kandi is great, as is Amazing and Simple Day - I think those are my favorites! I'd definitely recommend it.

This CD is a relaxing, whimsical journey. One eskimO has been playing in my car for the past several week, and my drive is always relaxing when it is playing. It is next to impossible to be upset while the upbeat, dreamlike sounds of One eskimO floating around the car. The songs delight like fireflies dancing on a summer’s eve. The whole CD is excellent to play over and over. Highly recommended. I received a copy of One eskimO to review for the One eskimO project with One2One Network. I was recently given the opportunity through One2One Network to review the One Eskimo CD and I have to say, it's fast become one of my favorite CD's to listen to! I typically listen to it in the car, but I also enjoy playing it at home during my childrens naptime. The songs are mellow, relaxing..and really wonderful. There's not a single song on the entire disc that I don't like! I love the music, and the lead singer has an incredible vocal. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon, or even to fall asleep to. I would highly recommend this CD!!

I was sent this cd for free to review. I found it to be very easy to listen to. At times I was reminded of Sting, Seal, Tears For Fears, and Cold Play. I found the songs to be catchy and fun to listen to as I went about my Saturday projects. It is definitely one I will listen to again!

I have to say that one eskimO music is a little light for my taste. It is relaxing and upliftig to listen though.Great voice and lyrics. The more i listened to the song "Kandi" the more i'm loving it! I hope this band will continue to work hard and grow more matured in their music.

I enjoyed listening to this album - it's pretty mellow but I can tell it's one that will grow on me with time. I had heard their hit song Kandi before - pretty catchy - but hadn't heard anything else about them. Their music is interesting and unique - worthwhile checking out!

I had never heard of this band but decided to go ahead and try it and I find it very soothing. Such catchy and relaxing music. Reminds of some of the soothing music from the 70s I must admit I didn't think I would enjoy this but this is the kind of music you want to hear when you want to be soothed. I loved Kandi but I also like the opening that started off hometimes. I think everyone should give this one a shot I will definately be listening to it over and over.

I have been listening to this cd for a couple of weeks now. The song Kandi has been getting a lot of airplay on the major Chicago alternative radio station I listen to. One eskimO has a unique sound . Very ambient music and the horns are a great addition to many of the cd tracks. Givng up has a soulful appeal to it and I love the horns and funky beat of Amazing. Very entertaining effort from this UK band.

I love this band and give this album 5 stars. You will not be disappointed if you buy their album if a light rock/alternative/soulful band is what you are in to. They have a very unique sound but their songs are still catchy and easy to listen to. I'm looking forward to catching this band live next week when they are in town on tour. From what I've heard they are a great live band so I can't wait.

This was my first time listening to One Eskimo and I really liked the mellow and soulful voice of the lead singer. I like the song Astronauts, Amazing and Kandi. I think this band has a great future and will watch for more releases from them. I loved it the more I listened. I wish I could see them perform live as I am sure it would be a great concert. I think this is a CD worth purchasing.

I listened to this album with kids ages 10 and 14, and we all found it enjoyable. Our favorite song was 'Kandi', but all of the songs were fun, with a nice mellow beat and nothing objectionable. Hearing this CD makes me want to see the band in person. This is a great selection of songs for a long ride, when you're stuck in traffic, or when you're home and just trying to mellow out.

I had never heard of One Eskimo before getting this Cd. I find the music relaxing and a bit addicting. My favorite song is Kandi. I was also surprised to find that my 20 year old son really enjoyed the music too.

I really go into the One Eskimo, All Balloons album, I have it playing in the background when I do work, when I’m reading or just relaxing. Its like going to Starbucks on a Sunday w/a newspaper and coffee feel. The whole album is great, I’m glad I got to hear this group, the singer is really talented, I hope they put out another album soon.

This English band fronted by singer-songwriter Kristian Leontiou has introduced us to some great ambient pop rock in their new album. I definitely recommend you give it a listen.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cd. I think the songs are well written and fun. It reminds me a little bit of 80's music, but all in all is a nice blend of songs.

I really enjoyed this CD. It is easy to listen to and has a great beat. The lyrics are inspirational. I found that this was very relaxing after a hard day.
