The Geek guy came to set up my computer. I already had it plugged in & running. He connected it to my printer. Took less than 5 minutes. Paid for an hour.

My computer was set up. I'm not positive all updates were made as computer turned off during the night. I'm still unable to sign in and will be contacting someone soon.

Agent Ben was very helpful. Some problems were easy to solve and others he had to try different solutions for. He was patient and clear in what he was doing and why.

The tech listened to what I had as a problem. Went over my equipment. Then educated me on how to do things and recommended the additional proper equipment I needed.

I have always been impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff that I have interacted with. However I have been very frustrated with the system you have. I had a computer and printer which were not working together. I called Geek squad to remedy this situation, Well it didn’t work out. No Blame for you there. I understood that it wasn’t your fault. It was suggested that I buy a new printer which I did. I set up an appointment for 12/26/2019. Between 1:00pm and 8:00pm. I waited in my apartment for even longer, in case your technician had to come a little earlier because of a glitch in the schedule It was a no show for the second time. I have spent hours and hours or more on the phone trying to discuss this issue only to either give up after an hour waiting or to accidentally be cut off or dropped while waiting. I am very Frustrated!!!! Please call me ASAP I will not be available today from between 3:00 to 4:00. Due to a concert I signed up for.

Matt was very efficient we appreciate the time he took to rectify the problem I was having on my computer. Geek Squad was well worth the money.

The young man that came out to give me basic technology training was awesome, very knowledgeable!

The first person I spoke with was very friendly but did not seem sure about how to handle my question. It took her two tries to get me someone who could help me. This person explained the problem but it was a different answer than what a Geek Squad consultant who came to my house at an earlier time to help me with navigating my computer.

The gentleman who did the training is very knowlegable and patient. He answered all questions in a manner we could understand. Very personable.

On time. Listened and answered questions and concerns. Very personalable. Computer responding better. Later problem fixed by phone.

All questions answered so that we understood everything! All programs explained. Wonderful hour spent in learning about our new computer
