For those of you who love anime, this anime series is a must have! I really like anime and when I was really into Naruto and Naruto Shippuden prospectively, I noticed this anime series on Netflix. At first, I was like maybe its not worth it, but then once I gave it a chance I was completely blown away. It is very entertaining, stupid fun and even irrelevant sometimes lolz. I really recommend this anime to any anime lover out there. I am sure your anime collection will be a lot more complete if you have this one.

A very good show. Saitama as the main lead in the show is fun to watch. This is a hero show which flips the script by having the main character try finding an adversary strong enough to challenge him rather than get stronger over time. This in turn makes it so it’s funny to watch when enemies or monsters try challenging saitama thinking they stand a chance. Every episode also has very good animation that makes it a treat to watch. Definitely recommended for anime fans wanting something good to watch.

With the proliferation of superhero movies (or just anything superhero-related in pop culture), this series and a breath of fresh air with its parody of the genre as a while, its story, characters, voice acting, and the premise of a casual hero looking for a challenge since he wins every fight against a villain with only a single punch. Get it?

Watch it in Subtitles! The original Voice Actors did a killer job. I generally watch Animated series in English voices but this one just seems to work better in Japanese. This is really funny. I watch season 1 three times in 9 months. (I NEVER do that!). It is exactly the kinda show you watch to just relax and keep a smile on your face. I give this my Highest recomendations!

My kids love this series. I never watched it, but my kids really enjoy this entertaining anime series. From What my kids told me, this character has trained in martial arts so hard that he lost his hair and is bored because nobody is challenge to him in a fight. Very interesting concept

Fun anime with an interesting underlying message. Characters are likable, action is fun, pretty enjoyable animation, and voice acting is pretty solid on both Japanese and English versions.Haven't gotten through the few bonus features on the disc, but there's a commentary interview video with several voice actors Eng/Jap. There are 6 OVA, haven't watched any yet. Lastly, I believe there is textless openings and closings; with the option for English subs or Japanese romanji.

i heard about one punch man from a friend of mine, and checked out some clips of it on youtube, i found this series more interesting than dragon ball z and i plan on getting season 2 and 3, great story and animation and theme song, on youtube they have some live action punch man scenes, but i like the anime animation better.

After years of seeing superhero battles and watching over-the-top action scenes in Japanese cartoons, seeing this parody of all these earth-shattering, building-smashing, city-wrecking fights was overdue. A hero so strong he gets bored with winning so easily while nearly everyone around him doesn't believe he's that strong. That's a recipe for funny. It's a shame it ends so soon, but the little short films included do make up for it.

One punch man is a great anime to watch ! The hero Saitama is great character in series as battle others evil characters and powerful monsters . By the way he does fun playing hero there plenty of bloody fights and comedy in it too . Can't wait of the more the series come out , he's that strong and then some !

Hilarious and action packed, I flippin LOVE this series. Saitama is an amazing hero and I can't recommend this enough to anime lovers. No, I havent watched season 2 yet, but I don't feel like I need to. Season 1 is fulfilling enough. The Blu Ray packaging is very clean, I love the clear window that Saitama is busting through.

Excellent show. Great for anyone who enjoys anime with characters who have powers and overcome odds against them. Its also funny. Also, if you prefer your shows on blu-ray, like me, then get this. Would be nice if Viz included digital copies with their releases but this is better than nothing.

The first season of one punch man will forever be considered one of the best animated shows for that alone. While the change in animation made the show dip in quality all you need to watch is the first one. The Blu-ray also comes with 6 ovas which are a nice addition but only in Japanese.

Words... cannot... describe.. this anime. It is.. just watch it. After seeing One Punch Man, most other Japanese Animations just don't cut it. Mad House pulled out all of the stops and this is one that goes beyond what we know as action. Crazy characters, insanely funny protagonist, unbelievable quality, do not miss this one. Must own.

Buy this anime! It may be short, but it is one of my favorite anime shows. The animation is great & the action nonstop. I have so many questions about the world of One Punch, especially in regards to Saitama’s abilities, but it’s really not a big deal. I’ve heard they’re creating more episodes & I can’t wait to see what’s in store!

On all other sites this is really expensive but it was a simple 13 bucks which is a really amazing deal for the amazing series. It came with so many amazing features and all the shorts. Im looking forward to their season 2 bluray!

I'm not that in to modern anime so I always look for good deals when I buy Blurays and BestBuy had the best price hands down. The series is a lot of fun and if you enjoy it I would recomend Mob Psycho 100 made by the same people

Was told by a friend that I had to watch this show. Watched it on Toonami, and couldn’t wait for the next episode to air. A great show! A show that spoofs the genre but does it lovingly and respectfully. Great characters and voice work. Can’t wait for a season 2! Giving the Blu-ray to the same friend as a gift.

I don't watch much anime. But this show is so enjoyable for me. My only complaint is the English voice over. I think they really could have made better choices, but fortunately it can be watched in it's native tongue.

One Punch Man is an absolute must watch and stands with the all time greatest anime shows. One of the all time action comedies too, not much drama. Some unanswered questions at the end and I'm not sure at this point if we're ever getting season 2 but season 1 will always be worth watching.
