I've had the One+12 for 4 months now and love it. Almost perfect and here's why: Good: Amazingly fast charging. I can forget to charge it overnight, put it on the charger for 15 minutes or so while I shower, and it's fully charged. Along those lines, the battery is great. Previous phones would need a quick charging boost around dinner time to keep from dying before the end of the day. This one can last two full days with moderate use. And as I said, a few minutes on the charger and it will go from 50% up to 80%. I used to think my battery was "low" when it got down to near 20% but with this phone I think anything below 50% is low. I do not play games or watch videos non stop, but on days I do play some games and/or watch some videos, I still have charge left at the end of the day. It's fast and smooth. I have yet to encounter any glitches or app crashes. It runs all my Google programs (Gmail, Drive, Photos, ect) without any problems. It also connects and runs Apple Music seamlessly. The Bad: Connecting to Verizon was a pain at first. Upon setup it worked fine but within an hour of leaving the Verizon store it wouldn't connect to their network. I spent the next few days chatting with support from Verizon and OnePlus. Everyone said it should work and had no idea why it wouldn't. After going and getting a new SIM card it worked again. However there have been 2 times that it stopped working on the Verizon network...each time after an update. The first time I again talked to Verizon and OnePlus and eventually rebooted the phone. This didn't work at first so I decided to return the phone the next day. But the following day it was working fine. The last time was about a month ago with an update. I found a setting on the phone to reset the network and did that and it worked. My fingers are crossed that it keeps working and I am worried each time there is an update. The other negative is not being water resistant. I can't imagine why they wouldn't include that feature. I didn't think I'd care, but I find myself leaving my phone behind when I go to sporting events where there is even a chance of rain. The only connection issues I've had is sometimes with my Android Auto. Sometimes it didn't want to connect, but with a later update I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend this phone as an alternative to the high end major brands. It does everything they do just as well if not better....and for a much better price. When it comes time to replace, will I get OnePlus again? I'm on the fence. Perfect phone...but the issues with Verizon worry me...but I would give it a shot (if the new model includes some sort of water protection).

This is my 4th OnePlus phone and OnePlus still rocks. The Oneplus 12 is the best phone for the price and definitely is a threat to the big guys (Google, Samsung, Apple). They are still the flagship killer. Never Settle.
