While the phone still has some issues that need to be worked out (i.e. OnePlus not allowing certain apps to work on their phones without jumping through a bunch of hoops), overall it's still a massive ugprade for anyone looking for a phone that has insanely good battery life while being on-par with the $1000+ phones, if not better than most of them. It has all the same features those phones has, only downside is it has less network bands in the USA than the big guys but it isn't a huge deal since it allows you to connect to 4G instead of having next to no signal on 5G (which a lot of newer phones still won't let you do for some reason) and they have all the bands for 4G available so it works out in the end. Honestly, the price of the phone should be cheaper but overall I'm satisfied with the results. It gets 4 out of 5 stars due to the network bands and price point.

This thing has incredible battery life and performance. It replaced my Pixel 6 pro and I couldn't be happier. The only thing that does not compare to the Pixel 6 is the camera, it's not as good as the pixel.

Ive owned galaxy phone's, but the 12R is the best phone ive ever owned. Apart from it being so much cheaper than the galaxy s23, it has way much more. Everyone shold be buying the oneplus 12R than any other phone.

The wife's 9 5G's 128 memory was full and a green streak on the screen during a Sun Princess cruise recently so I got her the 12r. So impressed with it at $529.99 two weeks later on black Friday it was at $499.99 so I got the blue one to replace my 8t 5G. So much for waiting for the 13/13r. Very impressed with the 12r the only gripe is the placement of the volume and power switches together on the right side. Sometimes turning off screen when just want to soften the volume...Both phones have the 256 capacity.

The OnePlus 12R delivers flagship-level performance with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, a smooth 120Hz AMOLED display, and excellent battery life with 100W fast charging. Its camera system is decent but falls short of top-tier competitors, especially in low-light conditions. Overall, it's a fantastic value-for-money option, offering premium specs at a mid-range price.

Very SMOOTH phone at 16GB ram! The user fee is very fluid and the screen size is perfect for media consumption. (I also really enjoy the super-fast charging included in the box!)

Had tons of problems with the Samsung S22 Ultra. Had to have it replaced twice and still had issues with the charge port and speakers. Got this for similar specs and way cheaper price. Have had zero issues so far and the battery life is amazing. Lasts me twice as long as the above mentioned samsung phone.

I had a one plus 7t back in 2020 and I loved it. I recently dropped it and the screen cracked. Since T-Mobile stores don't carry this phone I was highly debating getting a galaxy s24+ for $900. I then name into the best buy store, saw this phone fell in love with it. I love the brand, the tech in the phone, the price and the look of the phone.

I bought this phone on sale for $399.99, I think it was perfect and affordable so I had to buy it. I upgraded this from one plus 7 pro to this phone, it's a really big upgrade. This phone is a beast especially for gaming, I buy many products from best buy and never disappoints me, thank you so much best buy

I took a chance on an open-box OnePlus 12R from Best Buy, lured by the promise of a flagship-level experience at a discounted price. And to be fair, the phone itself delivers. The vibrant display, blazing-fast performance, and truly impressive battery life make it a joy to use. However, the open-box experience was marred by a significant, and frankly, frustrating issue: the complete absence of the original accessories. When I opened the generic box (not the original OnePlus packaging), I found only the phone. No SuperVOOC charger, no USB-C cable, nothing. For a device that prides itself on its rapid charging speeds, this omission is a major oversight. I now have to invest in a compatible charger separately, which not only adds to the overall cost but also negates the savings I hoped to achieve by buying open box. Best Buy's product description of "open box" needs to be far more transparent about what customers can expect in terms of included accessories. While I understand that open-box items may have minor cosmetic blemishes, the absence of essential components like the charger is unacceptable.

Nice phone for its price. Premium details for a fraction of its price and has a fast processor so no lagging.

Excellent camera. Battery life can last up to a week without charging if lightly used. Extremely fast charger, fully charges in about 10-15 minutes from 0%. Plenty of space for apps. I like how you can customize the screen drop down menu so that notifications appear when you swipe down from the left and settings appear when you swipe down from the right. I like the silencing feature on the side of the phone to easily switch to vibrate or silent. The only thing I'm not so happy about is it's weight, a little heavier than some phones, but honestly not that bad. I only notice the weight issue when I accidentally grab someone else's phone haha.

I'll start by saying I've had the phone approximately 2 weeks and it's great. I use quite a few apps for home, work and play. I wanted a phone that would perform well and for the money this is it. I've never wanted to pay the cost of an iPhone nor galaxy line up over 7 or 800 bucks. Transfer from my other phone was a breeze. If you're a person that's try's to get the most for your money get one!
