Unless other budget devices have a non-negotiable feature this one lacks (a-la better camera and updates of the 9a), this is the one to get.

Look up the Tudia case if you get one, great case.

When we went back to the store the next day, it was then they told me that they no longer deal with T-Mobile but they would be happy to transfer me to a new provider. I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and very satisfied with my service so I had no interest in changing my provider at which point they told me they couldn't help me. If I had known this in the beginning, I would never have spent $800 on a phone with them.
