This phone was good for the first month after month you should do restart every week it's become slow and start heating you can't hold it in your hand I try to contact with the service people because the phone under warranty for one year they have bad service when you call them they told you send email when you send them email you wanna wait for 48 hours to respond if you buy this phone you will lose your money...

Very impressed with the device so far.. cameras are better than I expected.. performance and battery life also above par. I had to part with my Motorola edge Plus 2023 which I loved a great deal but it is now in the hands of one of my kids. This device seems a little bit better being 2 years newer, with a brighter screen, a faster Central processor, and additional ram.. I never came close to filling up the 512 GB The edge Plus offered so I think the 256 will be okay. The last one plus device I had was a 10 pro and this is a powerhouse compared to that.. very happy with it

Not at all like my one plus 9 pro,or my 5pro,to many bugs,apps don't close ect,the list goes on.

First off this is my second ONE PLUS phone, I had the ONE PLUS 12 which was great however the 13r is definitely lacking. The phone over heats a lot and It freezes up almost every day it is VERY FRUSTRATING. Although the camera is solid as the last the overall experience in dissatisfying I do not recommend this model. I would rather have my 12 back. Plus the battery seems to drain way too fast and I have way less apps then I had on my 12r.

The phone is great. Excellent value for money. Nothing against the phone, but shipping was a challenge. I can't imagine that in 2025 an online purchase would take almost 15 days to receive. This is one of the reasons why many people choose to buy from Amazon over other stores.

Not much difference between this and OnePlus 12. Not worth the extra money if you already have the OnePlus 12

Freezes up most all the time, sometimes the screen goes black then returns to normal.

Phone speaker sounds like it is already rattling and I've only had the phone 5 days

I have been using one plus phones starting at the one plus 5 and had every model sense but this phone works ok but then it will freeze up maybe a bad digitiser not sure but need to do something
