It's a pretty good phone, but the fingerprint reader is placed in a very awkward low position. OnePlus also made the very strange decision to remove Lockdown Mode from their version of Android, making it impossible to disable biometrics easily from the power menu. Otherwise, a solid device with a nice display and a performant processor. A good option for a budget gaming focused phone.

It's 90% of the experience of using a top of the line android device like the S25 Ultra, for less than half the price. Unless other budget devices have a non-negotiable feature this one lacks (a-la better camera and updates of the 9a), this is the one to get.

Grea phone expensive hardware compared to other phones, however know. Fortheted lines of death which is what brought my phone down . Logged on just now bc I saw it and thought eat buy might fix it at a decent price. Wish me luck;) Rich Leslie

I've been a OnePlus user since their first phone and the true flagship killer does not disappoint.

Easy to pick up, easy check out and very helpful staff. The process of buying online and picking up in the store was very convenient and professional.

I love my phone but when I purchased it we had the contents of the old phone moved over to the new phone but they never connected it to my mobile provider. When we went back to the store the next day, it was then they told me that they no longer deal with T-Mobile but they would be happy to transfer me to a new provider. I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and very satisfied with my service so I had no interest in changing my provider at which point they told me they couldn't help me. If I had known this in the beginning, I would never have spent $800 on a phone with them.

The product worked seemlessly and is great for the price. The price dropped to $499 recently which makes it a steal.

Love my OnePlus 13R, but I've been afraid to apply updates due to reports of battery drain on newer versions of the firmware. Look up the Tudia case if you get one, great case.

For a budget priced phone, it has the specs of a flagship phone. It performs excellent! Video and calls are very clear. I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it

Upgraded from the One Plus 10 pro and the battery this time seems basic. Other than that, I'm a stick beside him
