When we went back to the store the next day, it was then they told me that they no longer deal with T-Mobile but they would be happy to transfer me to a new provider. I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and very satisfied with my service so I had no interest in changing my provider at which point they told me they couldn't help me. If I had known this in the beginning, I would never have spent $800 on a phone with them.

Look up the Tudia case if you get one, great case.
