I've had this less than a week, but it is amazing. Everything loads and runs super-fast. Display is bright and vibrant. Sound is clear and good. Camera takes amazing pics. Granted, this was an upgrade for me from a 2015 Moto X Pure Edition, but because Motorola no longer makes anything with Qualcomm 800 series processors, and not being a fan of Samsung, I decided to go with the next best option that works with Sprint. I'm 100% satisfied so far. The only downside is that you can not turn the ringer to silent/vibrate without using the mechanical switch. I'm using a Poetic rugged case, and it is rather difficult to use the switch with the case on. Battery life is great, and with the Warp charge, it fully charges from 20% in well under an hour. The phone comes with a stiff jelly-like clear case that is probably more than sufficient for the average user. It also came with a film-type screen protector already installed (and I don't mean the protective plastic that comes on new devices). At this point, I would not hesitate to buy another OnePlus device in the future.

Great 5g phone, camera is great. The screen is displayed entirely and no front facing camera takes up any of the screen space. The front facing camera pops up from the top of the phone and works flawlessly. The phone is extremely fast and the screen refresh rate is too notch.

The hype around this phone is real.
Its fast, everything just loads. The display is great, always at 90hz or you can force it to 60hz. There is only one pre-installed Sprint branded app. OnePlus tweaks to android make the overall phone experience better than google's "pixel" android.
On Sprint 5G, its growing every week since I bought the phone. When you are in range it is great (8Gbs of apps downloaded in under 10 minutes). You can disable the 5G band, I haven't had time to see if it improves batter life.
Battery life is what you make of it. On battery saver mode, you can get 2 days easy. On 5G with GPS/Bluetooth active its going to last a few hours. The warp charge works fast.
Since this is the Sprint locked version, you don't follow the regular OnePlus upgrade cycle.

This was such a good phone. All screen and 90hz and OLED. Pop up camera was so nice. Just sucks that Sprint got bought out and had to switch phone.
Battery life was so so. It did last most of the day.

The OnePlus 7 Pro has a great camera. The battery lasts all day and charges super quick. Was easy to get everything from the old phone to this one using the switch app.

I've been a Pixel user for several years as I hate bloatware and love getting the quick Android updates, but the cost of the pixels and the smaller limitations made me reach out. If you're a big android fan and looking for something like this, get it.
Solid, solid phone. I literally have zero complaints. Everything works well, it's quick, 90hz refresh rate option is stunning. Everything you'd want from your phone is what this will offer, and at a better price point than some other flagship devices.

I absolutely love this phone. After having Samsung phones for about the last 10 years, i wanted to try something different, and i couldn't be more happy with this. More affordable option, but barely lose any features. I highly recommend this phone

I've had Samsung phones for years, but I wanted to try something new. It has a beautiful screen, great camera, and the fingerprint sensor is on the front (which I missed from Samsung).

With the specs and the screen and sound and EVERYTHING about this phone, it compares to the Samsung Galaxy s10+ in every way, but for much less price, and who doesn't want a good deal? Get this phone if you want a good phone for cheap. Because this phone is anything but cheap.

This is a fantastic phone and is everything I'd want in a phone. But it is kind of expensive all things considered. However it's quite a bit cheaper than some competitors.

Phone seems awesome - Sprint stinks

I purchased this phone after being told by Sprint twice that it would work fine on my current plan. I have an older data plan with 40GB, not unlimited. I live in Metro Detroit, where 5G is not available and probably won't be for a long time. I specifically asked if the phone would work on my plan and default to 4G. I really liked the options this phone had, as well as the price. I got the phone delivered and opened and called to have it activated. SPRINT WILL NOT ACTIVATE THIS PHONE ON A NON - UNLIMITED PLAN. They conceded that it would work if active, but that their system will not turn on the phone unless it's on an unlimited plan. I was not pleased to say the least. I asked for a return slip to return the phone and then they asked me to go to a Sprint store to return. When I got to the store, they tried to charge me a $45 restocking fee! I had to go back home and have the return slip sent to the house...I know they can't only offer the phone to areas with 5G...and I know 5G will eventually be here too and I would eventually need an unlimited plan to keep up with the data...but to sell me the phone and lie about being able to activate it without a plan change...then to send me to the store and not tell me about any restocking fee....it's just too much. I am now looking for other phone companies to get my 5 lines of service...
As for the phone, it seemed snappy, very intuitive, the selfie cam popping up was very cool and the fingerprint sensor on screen worked very well. The screen was crisp and clear and looked great with no notch or camera. I liked the blue color of the back and ability to expand the memory. That is all I can review since I could not turn it on.....
All in all, seems like a sweet phone...Sprint service and as a whole stinks....oh well, maybe Verizon has a good deal for me....

One Plus phones are the best

I have been a One Plus customer since the implementation of the One Plus 3 which was 2014. I refused to pay $500 for an upgraded Samsung from the S5 which was my last phone in 2014. Too much money and I purchased the OP 3 right out. I have never had any problems at all with either the One plus 3 and now I have a One Plus 5. I plan to keep that phone until it dies. They are the best... There are 2 down sides I have found on their phones. They don't install a text messaging app, thus you have to download one and the pickings are slim. Otherwise its awesome

OnePlus has decided to leave all 5G variants in the dust when it comes to updates. Even the OnePlus 6 from last year has been updated to Android 10, while their most expensive "flagship" will not receive updates until next year. Very disappointing. You've been warned!
